We understand that lemons happen in mass manufacturing. After 3 heater replacements, they finally agreed to send a new hot tub. They sent the wrong one. A smaller one and would not refund the cost difference. Only about $100 but still… they also wouldn’t update the warranty meaning my new spa was already 5 months the into the old warranty. Will never purchase from them again.

We purchased the smaller tub and I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It worked perfectly for about a year. Then the inflatable part of the cover started leaking. I ordered a replacement and received the wrong size, twice. Finally got the right size. Then at 18 months the heater went. It was replaced under warranty which is appreciated. But the new heater had an error code and it was an incompatibility issue with the controller. That was replaced and it is up and running. I like the app. I just wish you could set a daily schedule to run automatically. I will say Sophie was a big help in getting us the replacement controller.

Ordered the garda spas 4/6 person, very impressed with the product and couldn't be happier. However I did notice minor markings on the outer liner which stood out against the white pebble colour we ordered but was surprised how quick wave spas responded to this issue and within a few minutes Sophie from wave spas has resolved my defects with a replacement cover alongside some good will gesture surprises within the new order. I will be returning back back to purchase more items from this company as the products are well made and have plenty of accessories for my spa tub.

Can I leave a review? Absolutely.
We’ve had wave spas for years. We’ve always talked about “upgrading” from an inflatable to something more solid after years of fun.
We took the plunge last month and got the Garda 6. An absolute wonder of a tub. Quick to get up to temperature, since we bought they have got new videos and happily sent them quickly which really helped ease the set up.
There’s nothing better than getting in at 40’c and the cold weather blowing over the tub

I packed my spa away in winter and I was honest that I just chucked it in, in the rain. 4-5 months later I have got it back out for half term and the lighter nights. Easy to set up especially now they have videos in their help centre that helped me as I have lost the instructions.
Set the spa up and needed a little advice and got it within 20 minutes!!!
Spa is running perfectly had a great day in it and really appreciate the service from the team!
Would definitely recommend these guys over any one else

David and Jade have been absolutely brilliant. I’ve had a few problems but they’ve personally resolved them. It’s so nice to have a human at the end of the phone and it’s been so easy to get everything in order.
It’s a great product and even better customer service.

update : company reached out after seeing revuew and explained the issues with shipping and appologising for the issues not only offering some money back and fulfilling there promise of extras for hot tub.
For them to contact via bank holiday and hold there hands up is great to see and my updated review reflects my appreciation of this
While the Garda hot tub itself is performing brilliantly, the customer journey was incredibly stressful due to a total lack of proactive communication.
The Delivery Saga:
After my initial order, I received zero updates. I had to initiate a live chat just to get a status report. When the delivery finally arrived, it was split into two shipments and was missing a vital box of foam. Panic set in when I realized the only phone number provided (in the manual) didn't work.
Back on live chat, I was promised a Monday redelivery with some "goodies" to compensate for the hassle. However, the next day I received a generic email stating delivery would be "sometime next week." I heard nothing further until Monday morning when I had to chase them again via live chat to confirm it was actually coming. It did arrive that day, but the promised "goodies" were missing.
Setup & Build:
The "20-minute hassle-free setup" is a total myth. It took two hours of wrestling with poles and forcing foam together to get the cover on. It is a very tight, difficult fit. Additionally, one of the intake pipes arrived squashed; it currently pokes out of the heater cutout rather than sitting flush, which I hope rectifies itself after some use.
Performance:
On the plus side, the tub is great. It holds heat well and is much more efficient than my last model. The initial heat-up cost was £8, but it’s now only costing about £1.50 a day to maintain.
Summary:
Pros: Great heat retention and running costs. Cons: Non-existent phone support, slow live chat, and you have to hunt for your own delivery updates.
If Wave provided realistic setup times and better automated communication, this would be a 5-star review. As it stands, the tub is great, but the service is hard work.

Absolutely awful customer service, awful product broke within 10 months after being used only twice!
I had issues from the start, I ordered the product it said next day delivery it was a Thursday so when I hadn't heard anything by the Tuesday I asked what was going on. It said I'd done a pre-order I showed them the screenshots and email confirmation proving that to be false.
Weeks later it arrives and it looked used, quite literally a rust stain a couple of muddy/dusty footprints and scratches!
I was also missing a box from the delivery. 2 weeks later I get the missing box. It's actually ridiculously difficult to put together, I needed 2 people to help as the metal bars do not just pop into each other.
This takes us to 4 weeks from point of order in May/June to mid July. Me and my daughter finally got to use it. The next day not linked to the hot tub but I had a seizure on the stairs and broke my humerus and radial nerve.
Whilst I was at the hospital my daughter used the hot tub. 19/7. It didn't get used again due to personal circumstances but I maintained the levels until emptying it in October. I had to have surgery in Oct so didn't want to be maintaining it when not in use. It's quite difficult to get the last water out as due to the tube "to make it easier" the plug sits about an inch above the water pooled around it.
Anyway roll on around 3 weeks ago I go to fill it up. Everything is fine the filter turns on no issue so I start the heating. The next morning I go check again and there's been no temp change. I did a full reset and tried again. I used the FAQs and tried a day straight of all the things it said whilst simultaneously knowing that the in house energy reader was showing it's not pulling anymore energy when I turn the heater on. I go back and forth with customer service. I send the unit back for repair (they said it'll be just a few days) 9 days later I get the unit back, I rebuild the hot tub again. I fill it, I turn it on and again nothing. I leave it overnight but no sign at all that anything had actually been done.
I said I'm not happy to send it back again unless I'm getting a complete heater change as I'm not interested in going back and forth to the post office. Their email is vague - I asked for clarity, I only got you'll get the box by the end of this week.
Well that has now passed so now I've requested boxes to send the whole thing back as I'm sick of looking at the giant waste of money.
We had previously had lazy spas with zero issues, the only reason we chose foam was because local cats would pop it with their claws and it's annoying buying new every 2 years because you can only puncture manage so much.
So genuinely I would not recommend Wave Spas at all.

Please note these 5 stars are just for Antria in customer service and not for the company directly and I hope that they appreciate her as much as I do! This is a follow up from my previous review last month which my heater packed up after a few uses. They collected the heater, apparently repaired it and sent it back. Filled up the spa, set it to 37 and got in it 24 hours later. I had to jump out straight away as it burnt my feet! Their thermostat read 42 but the real temperature was 44! Obviously frustrated with this I wrote back to wave with my disappointment and to share my experience of pain but again Antria has been an absolute star and tried her best to resolve the problem. Unfortunately I've had to empty the water out I'd just put in to return the faulty heater but the good news is they're replacing it with a new spa. Without Antrias help and quick replies this could have been a painful experience so I'm writing this review to thank her and wave for resolving this as fairly as they can.
