I didn't want an overpriced and uninspiring variation of black/white/grey from Apple. I like that Wave is British, and started by 'normal' people, who are not primarily motivated by money.

I love my Wave case

I love my Wave case! I love the colour and the engraved pattern. I’ve been using Wave for years and dropped my phone many times and the case has always protected my phone!

Good outcome from customer service.

Good outcome from customer service. Trustworthy company. I waited over 3 weeks for my wave case. I contacted them across email and socials. They were very apologetic, clearly something had gone wrong in the order process. I had bought another case in the meantime so they refunded my money and sent a replacement order as a gesture of goodwill. Whilst the situation wasn't ideal they handled it really well- solid.

What a great eco-friendly business

This company is doing great things with selling smart phone cases made from recycled plastic. Shipped packing isn't unnecessarily excessive and is also plastic-free. I had a small issue with my first case and customer service was very friendly, quick to respond and rectified the problem immediately.

Great phone case, fantastic brand

I love my new phone case - simple but stylish design, durable and secure. Reading about the environmental credentials were a key reason for my purchase - it's great to buy something with that kind of ethos without having to compromise on quality or price! The order process was simple and quick too.

Great product.

The case it great, an attractive product, tactile, cheerful colour and eco-friendly credentials. Branding on case is understated which also appeals. Customer service first rate as I had made an error in ordering the wrong size and quickly resolved. Thank you.

Good Quality

Ordering and getting the case was smooth. The case seems to be very good quality and I love the design. It's a bit early to say much about the durability as I just got it and I also hope it doesn't stain easily.
