This company is a scam. Took my money and gave me a false tracking number. Then I got an email to say that my parcel couldn’t be delivered. I get my mail delivered to a post office so that was a lie too. I’m still waiting for my parcel which I very much doubt will ever turn up.

These companies are getting better at their scams by giving themselves names that would normally appear trustworthy. I did check reviews before I bought from Wattle and Reed and nothing seemed untoward until I received the product. Trust me, they are they same as every mainland Chinese scammer. I come from China, so I recognise the cut/paste language as soon as they respond. First it’s an offer of 10% because they say it’s “too expensive” for me to return to China (oh, but didn’t you say you were in Sydney)? Then it’s “why don’t you gift it to a friend?” Because I like my friends and I don’t reward people who steal from me. Then it’s an offer of 20%. Then I ring my bank with all the evidence and get the payment stopped at the Chinese end so these fraudulent companies don’t get a penny. Then I write a review just like this and pray they get shut down and Karma comes for them.

Shocking. Quality is rubbish and there is no such thing as a return policy they suggest the offer. I’m still waiting for details although they do offer a 10% useless refund using the excuse this saves return shipping fees to china when product was delivered from Sydney??

Misleading Origin: The site presents itself as an Australian boutique, but items actually ship from China.Poor Quality:the clothing looks nothing like the advertisements, the fabrics is cheap, ill-fitting, and low quality. Advertised as a product worth $300 and on sale. Difficult Returns: The store wanted me to pay $38 to return the outfit as I wanted a full refund. Ended up having to agree to 50% refund and keep the outfit that I will never wear.

Absolute rubbish!! Sick of these idiots pretending to be someone there not🤬🤬🤬my own stupid fault for not investigating first.
DO NOT purchase from here you will be VERY dissatisfied.

The worst online experience, the product is not the product advertised! It’s a cheap, horrible version that does not in any way match what was purchased DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!!!

Brought 2 outfits for $160 when they came they were not the same as in photos and very poor quality. On requesting to return the items I was offered 10% back as it’s expensive to return back to China. When ordering I also checked that this was an Australian company which they advertise. Do not purchase from this company ACC should shut it down

Products not as described. Quality is v v poor and very cheaply made.
Customer service is v poor.
Refunds as good as impossible - you must send to an address in China linked to fraudulent organisations (google search) and I have zero faith that this would work or be upheld. They do not want the goods back as they know they are shoddy. No link to Sydney despite website wording.
Max refund seems to be 30% (after offers of 10% and 20% and keep the goods). Items are too badly made to wear (or gift as they suggest). Refund policy not upheld.
Appears to be a fraudulent company. I don’t recommend.

Beyond terrible. The dress looks nothing like the dress on their advertisement. Horrendous material and came with a stain too (likely from an uneven dye). Their advertising makes you believe that they are an Australian company but the items are made and shipped from China. Don’t be deceived by the fake PO box address with an Aussie postcode-they don’t accept returns to the fake PO box address- you have to send to the address in China which cost 1/3 of the actual cost of the dress. They also won’t give you a contract person or a pnone number at the return address for the declaration form. Scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The dress was terrible quality and ill fitting. I'm currently trying to get a refund but they are being very difficult. Now they tell me the I will have to cover costs to return it to China!! This was supposed to be a Sydney based store. Do not purchase from here

I purchased a dress from this company it arrived today, says on website they are in Sydney, my order came from China. I paid over $80 for a dress I cannot wear and will throw it in the bin. The quality is disgraceful, these companies should not be allowed to do this and get away with it 😡
