Nice to have the milk delivered to your doorstep, just like when you were a child.

Salesman was actually very friendly and chatty. Thought I'd try milkshake and yogurts. Delivery was scheduled for this morning. No milkshakes. Didn't rate the quality of the yogurt either. Too watery. I've cancelled my account. Won't be using them again. And they don't do gluten free bread which is a shame.

door to door sales is not the right way to go about selling products. This is 2025. People dont want their doors knocked on, by big fellas standing at the door, my wife was not happy to see a big guy standing at my door with a watsons gilet on that didnt even look legit. Be vigilant next time he knocks the doors round the area he did today as my dog is very big and doesn't like unepected visitors. Ps... if we wanted to use your service we would contact you.... thanks.

I signed up today when Remi came to my door. A funny and bubbly person who told me all the ins and out about the service. A credit to the business

Watsons Pantry from the moment the rep came to my door have been amazing. Genuinely been such an efficient service, and the customer service has been exceptional too. Very happy I chose there services.

Tried the services for a few weeks, after a very pushy sales person persuaded me.
Prices were slightly cheaper with the promotion given, otherwise aldi and lidl are cheaper.
Delivery was free,
The payments for items are taken a week in advance so if an item isn't available for your scheduled delivery you have to wait up to 5 days for a refund, unlike asda for example take payment on the delivery day.
Didn't work for me has I live near plenty of shops.

Always on time, reliable, quality assured. No worry that we are going to run out of eggs or milk.

Milk is delivered on time and always fresh with a weeks date on it it's much better to wake up to milk than have to go to supermarket

Good service, products fresh, promt refunded if not. Got your product on the day

A representative from this company rang our doorbell at 8:20 p.m. trying to sell their services. I understand door-to-door sales are part of business, but visiting that late in the evening feels intrusive and inconsiderate. It completely put me off from wanting to hear more. I’d suggest respecting people’s time and avoid calling on homes so late.

Excellent! I have used Watsons for a few months now and I am very happy with the quality and reliability of the deliveries. The option to buy a bundle lowers the cost to make it comparable with supermarkets. Thank you!

They always delivered on time the only thing I have got is I tried to order extra and won't let me on line thanks

The app is usable but on the best, but a phone call sorts out any problems

I have a delivery twice a week, so convenient.

First box of eggs received, as promised, but one of the eggs was broken and therefore not usable.

I emailed but got no response!

I received a welcome email which gave the wrong price for my order so I had to ring and was on hold for a long time before I got to speak to someone but even then I wasn’t convinced that my question had been understood.

I was promised that they used local farms and the label says they are from Cornwall, over 200 miles away!

Not impressed so far but will give another week to see if it improves

I have already emailed and had no response, as I said in my review!

Rang my door bell then walked off, some scruffy little man then comes back with nothing to worry he says he's talking all my neighbours... Really, just shut the door, absolute time wasters deadbeats, will not be as pleasant if they come back again !

For the avoidance of doubt, he was wearing a watsons pantry top and have CCTV footage.

Helpful sales guy on door. Clear understood his product and was non pushy. Delivery in good time on doorstep before 7am as promised. Very Reasonable prices. Website and ordering. Range limited and basic but can see new service building up popular mass bulk products. All works fine

Very nice service. Overall good products and easy excess to oder.

Having both the milk & breakfast bundle at the moment weekly. Discounted it was cheaper than any supermarket I could research (and I'm extremely thorough), undiscounted it's still great value for money for what it is.

Signed up a couple days ago. Don't understand how this hasn't become more popular or widespread throughout Alvaston.

Site is flexible, the rep I spoke to was extremely honest (5'9, dark hair, green sweater) guided me through everything.

Cold calling aside, the service itself is fantastic. If anything, the discount given from the rep is 3 months long - & from what I can see I can cancel whenever I want with no hassle.

If you do it, do the bundles, & do it with a rep at the door. The discount they give makes everything less than anywhere.

Will use it for as long as I live in Derby - for the next year or so.
