I got given the shampoo and conditioner as a Christmas present. I decided to start using it on 1st January 2026. Round about week 2 I noticed that the hair fall had reduced quite a lot. I was very happy with this. I then bought the elixir and have been using these 3 products since January. My sister noticed the difference in my hair saying it was looking a little thicker. So keeping my fingers crossed it will continue to improve. They all smell so nice

I started to lose my hair due to weight loss and perimenopause. I tried numerous different branded products to help with regrowth but they either didn’t help or made my hair feel very course/dry until I tried Watermans Shampoo and Conditioner, after only a couple of weeks of using I could see a massive improvement in my hair, started to see regrowth and my hair was starting to feel healthy again, shiny and soft. I subscribed to receive both products every month and have now been using them for around 6 months, highly recommend.

I'm very happy to do so:
I wasn't losing a lot of hair but it was getting thin & flat despite using so called thickening shampoos/good quality products. I wasn't impressed!

I used to use a well known caffeine shampoo that really didn't seem to do much for my hair. I decided to change to Waterman's and noticed a huge change in 2 weeks. I love the smell of it too and quite frankly after 3 years, I wouldn't bother changing to any other brand. Just don't get it in your eyes though! Their serum is also awesome

Brilliant products that work, the shampoo and conditioner have a home in my shower and I use the oyl for my beard everyday, never felt healthier and smells great. Fully recommend

I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and the oil for 8 months I have certainly seen a difference. I have less hair loss and it feels amazing. I will be continuing to use these.

This was a repeat order from Waterman's. For me I've now used it for over a year with great results. It smells fab and leaves my hair fresher than any other product I've ever used. If you follow the instructions (very important) it REALLY works. I'm impressed with both their product and service and unreservedly give it 10/10.

I've been using watermans hair oil for a while nowand overall I'm quite pleased with the results. The oil itself is lightweight and doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy, which is a big plus compared to other products I've tried. It has a pleasant scent and is easy to apply.
After a few weeks of consistent use, my hair feels softer and looks healthier, with a noticeable improvement in shine. It's a bit early to say how much it helps with growth, but I have seen less breakage, which is encouraging.
It's also fantastic to use in the bath it leaves your skin incredibly soft.
I would definitely recommend

As a hairdresser, I can’t recommend Grow Me Shampoo enough to my clients because I personally use it myself.
I’ve been using it for three months, around five times a week.
I left it on my scalp for three minutes before I washed it off, as directed.
It does what it says on the bottle.
Fantastic shampoo and one I’ll definitely keep using.

The products are excellent and reasonably priced ✨✨✨

I used to love this product, but the shift to a gimmicky subscription model has really put me off. There’s no clear notice around auto-renewals, and the subscription management options are poor. With so many alternatives available that don’t lock you into ongoing commitments or inflate prices for one-off purchases, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Caused excessive hair shed and dried scalp for me. Made my hairline worse sadly as a result and the thinning was more noticeable.

Not the shampoo for me sadly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought this as it seemed to be promoted a lot .I wish I hadn't wasted my money .Been using a few months and there's no difference ,in fact the only nice thing about it is the smell ...

Product ok but not sure it makes a difference to amount of hair loss. Real complaint re messages. Been buying this for years but recent order followed by multiple messages to my phone. Feels like harassment and very annoying. Website doesn’t allow edit to phone number either. Won’t buy again as don’t want the nuisance.
