Water Babies - Surrey North & South Anmeldelser 

My son has loved his weekly water babies swimming lessons since he was 12 weeks old. Lucie at Nuffield Surbiton is absolutely fantastic. She develops a rapport with the little ones very quickly. The lessons are fun and engaging. My son made so much progress and i wish we could continue with Lucie but we had to change our days due to a change of circumstance. Hope to be back soon!

Really engaged teachers!

We started with Water Babies when my son was 5 months, and we recently moved to Water Babies Surrey North South and although the teachers have always been amazing, since we started with Lucie my son improved so much! She is the amazing and i feel so lucky she is my son's teacher

Katherine at Cranmore School is an absolutely FANTASTIC teacher! I am so grateful to have her teaching my little baby to swim.

I am disappointed at the cleanliness of the changing rooms, toilets and around the pool area. The drains are filthy and full of hair. It is absolutely disgusting especially for young children and babies.

Teacher (Lucy and previously Jackie) and lessons are wonderful & communication with Water Babies is great. We love our swimming lessons and friends we’ve met via Water Babies and have been swimming since 12 weeks old (now 3 years).

The swimming pool itself at Chessington is great & the parking is convenient. Plus great for the children to visit.

The reason for not giving 5 stars is because the changing room facilities at Chessington are not a great experience at all. Appreciate this isn’t Water Babies fault, but I would only give 3 stars at best for the changing rooms. There are no dryers for wet costumes, the shower temperature varies between cold and boiling. It ends up being a race to grab a changing room (unisex) and the lockers are not large enough to store things / dont always lock, so you end up leaving things out at risk. The hairdryer is outdated and needs replacing so that it dries hair. It would be helpful if Chessington can address upgrades which would benefit all their visitors, not just Water Babies.

Instructor amazing, really helps build your confidence in the water with your baby.
However I do find it frustrating that If you miss a session it’s very difficult to rebook a lesson due to availability and you can’t add on missed lessons to the end of your membership.

My son has been swimming with Lucie since he was 13 weeks old. He absolutely loves swimming and has progressed such a long way in such a short time. Hes always smiling at Lucie and she brings such fun to the session. She is so professional and her energy makes the sessions go so quickly and smoothly. She is a wonderful teacher, I couldnt imagine having anyone else to teach my son.

My son has been swimming with the amazing Jackie in Sunbury since he was 3 months old (now 1) and loves every lesson. We have unfortunately had to move classes but as soon as we can and use Jackie again we will be back.
It’s great for baby water confidence and we bring some stuff home like bath times so he now loves the bath.

It’s also a great parent baby bonding time. All a plus!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Water Babies, thanks especially to Jackie. She is an excellent teacher who made every lesson fun, engaging, and well-structured while teaching the basics of swimming and essential water safety. Jackie has a wonderful way with young children, and all the pupils thoroughly enjoyed her lessons. My daughter looked forward to every session, and we saw a real boost in her confidence in the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Water Babies and Jackie to other parents.

Started going to water babies when my baby was 12 weeks old and she had loved it from the beginning. Jackie had been such a fun person to work with, she adapts the exercises to every child and parent. Definitely excited for every lesson ❤️

I'm honestly so happy with our classes at Water Babies (Surrey North & South) especially with our teacher Jackie who is fantastic with the kids. She makes it such a fun class and the songs and games we
play are fantastic. My son has quickly learnt water confidence, swimming techniques and safety in the water. He has progressed so quickly and is nearly independently swimming at 2! Our favourite baby/toddler class by far!

Our kids and us love going to Water Babies in Surrey North South. The teachers are really nice and especially Lucy brings years of experience and best practice with a smile.

When we knew in advance we couldn't attend, water babies were flexible with replacement classes making sure we can still get value for money.

Our kids are now really confident in water and we are very happy to see them grow. It is a weekly activity we all look forward to.

We have been using Water Babies Surrey since our little one was very young, and the whole experience has been excellent. Jackie, the instructor, is friendly and knowledgeable, and she ensures the lessons are always appropriate for the children’s abilities. When we experienced some confidence issues, Jackie provided clear guidance and helpful tips to address them. She is also very good at recognising each child’s individual level and allowing them to develop at their own pace. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience for both parents and children.

Lucie has been teaching both of my son's (4 & 1) for over a year now and is an amazing teacher!
They both love her lessons and swimming as a result.
My eldest is now completely confident swimming lengths of the pool and swimming underwater. 
This is entirely due to Lucie being able to spot what each of the children individually need to help them develop and helping them in a way that keeps it fun.
Even when they're being silly 4 year olds!

My son Blake has been going to Waterbabies for over a year now and one of the main reasons we come back is because of Lucie, our teacher. She’s amazing - she makes it so much for the kids & I can’t believe how confident my son is in the water (& he’s only two!). Swimming is an essential skill and I’m pleased that he is already happy to go under water and has learnt some early safety skills like holding onto the edge. We look forward to our lessons every week!

We just had a great session today in Twickenham. Lucie was a great instructor. Our daughter was all smiles and absolutely loved the splashing around. Lucie made the session fun and engaging and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Started Waterbabies when my son Ellis was 3 months old. He’s now 14months and loves being in the water. Our teacher Lucie is amazing, she’s patient, engaging and really shows a lot of interest and support in the child’s learning. Lucie is a fantastic teacher, I’ve used Waterbabies in the past with my daughter and wish we had Lucie then. She makes the lessons fun but also very informative explaining what skills the child is learning. Thank you Lucie for making this time with my child so memorable and fun :)

Lucie is an amazing teacher. My baby girl wasn’t sure about swimming to start with but has come such a long way and is liking it more and more and it’s helping me feels a lot more confident with her in the water too. It’s one of my favourite things we do together.
