Easy to set up and when I did contact them they responded very quickly, and good value for money.

Great value. Does the job perfectly.

You pay your £5. You get an email saying the company is setting up the account and a code will be sent enabling you to log in.
The code never arrives and so you can never log in. Basically a waste of money. I asked for a refund but heard nothing

Easy to set up and we were watching TV within minutes. We didn't experience any problems during our viewing. Really excellent service, as we are new to VPN's this was just right because we only pay as we need it. Will definitely use this again on another holiday.

Could not get it to work. Very hard to understand. So wasted money

I tried in Feb 2023 to set up WTOH and failed miserably. For all but the extremely tech savvy, the process is very complicated.
On 25th Feb I requested a refund, and was told by Stephen, “This has been done now”.
No refund arrives.
Two emails later, (both to Stephen), I was told on on 8th March the refund “ should appear in 3-5 days.”
Still no refund.
0n 14th March I emailed Stephen again.
This time, no response.
I then contacted WTOH via another route, ‘Contact us’ on their web page.
Oliver informed me that, “It looks like your bank rejected the refund. I’ve processed this again”.
I contacted my bank. As expected, they never reject refunds.
On 17th March, 20days after my initial request, the refund was finally received.

I have now been asked by WTOH to add more information or the review will be deleted. The review is long and detailed. I’m not sure what else I can add.
UPDATE:I have now been asked to submit evidence as WTOH do not believe my review is ‘based on a genuine experience’. They should check their emails.

A great way to watch TV whilst out of the UK. A bit tricky to set up but once you have it works well

Not that easy to setup but once done worked well. Does not seem to work with Chromecast. That apart was happy with it.

I sent my £5 for another week but I am unable to connect. I sent several emails asking for help all I am given is the website address with instructions which I followed but it still won’t connect and I have sent more emails explaining this but no further help. I finally requested refund or for Stephen to do it for me at his end but no response.

Found it easy ti use and was great to watch minimal tc away. I was away alone so really great service

Whilst recovering in hospital and afterwards in the hotel in Turkey . I found Watch TV on Holiday was great . I chose the week subscription. But there were other great deals for longer periods. Watching English programmes was fab

Very straightforward to use and very clear instructions. I will use again when abroad I could use all my UK tv apps easily.

£5 well spent. Able to stream uk shows in Portugal. Great being able to buy just for one week with no contract. Would definitely use again.
