Worth the wait
I looked online and could not see it anywhere cheaper (and the saving was considerable). I was unsure; based on mixed reviews - but decided to take the risk and it paid off. The watch arrived well packaged and in perfect order. The delivery wasn’t quite as quick as initially expected but they responded to each of my emails within 24 hours and kept to every subsequent promise.
If you want glitzy websites and next day delivery then go and pay full price elsewhere. If you can wait a little longer then go for these guys. I will next time!

Arrived quickly, but is a fake / replica.
Waste of money for a fake watch I could have bought from a market.
Can't return it because the plastic has been peeled off the horribly cheap knock off bracelet.
Don't waste your money on this trash.

There was a fault with the original watch I received. However, communication was first class and I returned it for inspection where a result was agreed. I promptly received a replacement and also was reimbursed for my postage. Very happy with my watch purchase.

You placed an order for an item that was clearly displayed as out of stock - it is displayed under where the button is to “add to basket”.
You can see this without zooming in even on a mobile device - it’s not our fault you didn’t look before purchasing.
After making the purchase you emailed us to check if it was in stock and we politely advised it was not as per the product information page.
We offered to either cancel the order or exchange it for something in stock - you chose to cancel it and we refunded you the same day.
Refunds are not usually instant and can take 2-4 working days - they are handled by our payment provider not us directly.
If you felt that the availability was unclear, perhaps you should have contacted us prior to purchasing rather than after - this way we wouldn’t have processed your order or taken any funds in the first place.

You placed your order on 24/10/2023 and then emailed us on 28/10/2023 asking where your watch was - we advised it was out of stock and you confirmed that you were happy to wait for it to arrive back in stock.
We do acknowledge it has taken longer than expected, unfortunately there can be delays this time of year.
Your order is now on its way to you and is expected to arrive with you on Tuesday.

This company had the watch I was after a gold Diesel watch and at a good price the down sight ,if they have the watch in stock you will get it ASAP, but if its not in sock you will have to wait like I did for there supplier to send it to them which I had no problem with but the wait was worth it well pleased with the watch. I would use the company again

My wife bought me a watch for my birthday, and we started to notice that it wasn’t keeping time. We sent it back, as instructed, to be sorted as it was well within warranty. Despite having the watch for nearly a month we had to chase for an update. We were told the watch had been fixed, they were observing to ensure it was keeping time and a new battery fitted and would be posted for delivery.
Having received the watch back we noticed straight away that the watch had again not kept time, and despite resetting the time it then dually fell 10minutes behind within the first half hour. Needless to say, we are sceptical that the watch was even fixed rather just sent out.
You can never speak to anyone at this company, and everything is done by email. That’s not a problem if you are dealing with a professional company but that really isn’t the case with Watch shop Online.
Whilst they have offered us another watch we feel like a refund is the only acceptable solution as they have had the opportunity to rectify the situation already.
Please save your money, do not buy from this company and go to someone more reliable and reputable.
We have requested a call back so we will keep you posted with another review……………

We are aware we had your watch longer than expected and we are very sorry about that.
Your watch was serviced and the battery was replaced - our service team then left your watch for a few days and found that it was working as expected.
We then returned the watch to you.
We didn’t just send it back to you without doing anything as you have suggested - that just costs us money.
You then notified us that the watch wasn’t keeping time when being worn despite us attempting to rectify the problem.
Whilst it was with us we didn’t see a fault with the watch - it’s hard to diagnose faults when we can’t replicate them, however, it does seem to happen when being worn.
Unfortunately, we can’t wear customers watches which is possibly why we couldn’t see a fault as it was working when left still for a few days.
As you reported that the watch still wasn’t working, we offered to replace the watch for a brand new one under warranty.
We fully accept that the length of time we had your watch wasn’t really acceptable and we do apologise for that.
However, we do believe that the offer to replace the watch under warranty is fair and doesn’t justify a 1 star review.
If you’d like to go ahead with the replacement, please send it back to us as we have advised via email.
Really pleased!

When you placed your order you ordered a watch that was out of stock.
You emailed us on Friday 15th September and we replied the following Monday with an update.
You messaged us on Facebook and we replied the next working day with another update.
We understand you’ve been waiting longer than expected but just a few hours ago you agreed you were ok to wait for your order to arrive in stock.
You make a valid point regarding the time you have been waiting - we are doing everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible.
However, please don’t tell untruths about us not replying to messages when we do.
Impossible to contact very poor service
Ordered a watch but realised I ordered wrong one they was good enough to cancel order before sending watch out they said a full refund has been processed but i still haven’t received a refund , which had now been 11 days

As per our email your refund was successfully processed by ourselves and we sent over the refund receipt.
It can sometimes take a few days from processing for the refund to actually go back into your account.
As we advised in our email, if the refund hasn’t yet been received then please contact your bank for further advice.

We apologise if you are not happy with the service you have received.
We replied to your email last Wednesday and also this morning.
Perhaps they’ve gone into your junk mail if you haven’t received them.
As we have advised in our email, we are currently waiting for your order to arrive in stock - we’ve just had some logistical delays which does happen from time to time.
We’ve also offered a full refund or you can exchange it for an in stock model if you are unable to wait any longer.
Apart from actually delivering your watch, we are not sure what else we can do to improve our service.

Automated response from a counterfeit seller. A watch rated at 3 ATM is good for swimming to a depth of 100 feet. I bought the watch under the name Nikki Lee. I bought a Tissot watch and tried to register on Tissot website and I t said the serial number was not registered and fake. All Tissot watches come from Switzerland with a ws serial number. They state on their website that they do not use "0" or "I" in their serial numbers which mine has both. I will post pictures soon. I'm in the middle of a visa chargeback. I will not be returning the watch. I just want my money back and I will destroy the watch because I will not partake in the transfering of counterfeit goods. This is the advice of trading standards. Do not buy a watch from these scammers

Its a scam site, beware! Once you pay online with your card, you never see your delivery or money again.
They say its lost by royal mail bla bla, no tracking number provided etc, they say they'll refund you, and you wait and wait like an idiot, but they never go through with the refund, STAY AWAY, SCAMMING SITE !!!

However, it is not uncommon for parcels to get lost.
If this happens, we will either offer you a full refund or we will offer to send a replacement.
Our customers will never be left out of pocket and as you can see from our plethora of positive reviews, our customers have all had a positive experience.
Therefore, this is either about a different business or is not a genuine review.
If you’ve genuinely not received your product or refund, then all you need to do is email us and we would be happy to take a look for you.

You have replied to us with your order details and we can confirm that your item did go missing in transit.
We emailed you and you advised you would like a refund.
Your refund was processed on Monday 13/03/2023 - you emailed us today to ask why you hadn’t been refunded.
We emailed back to advise the refund had been processed and also sent you the refund receipt.
You then proceeded to write this review which isn’t exactly correct - refunds are not instant and can take a few days to go back into your account.
To say we didn’t issue a refund is just not true, it seems you’re just unhappy that your refund didn’t arrive instantly.
