Purchased a Submariner 116610LN. The condition was exactly as described. I placed the order and was called an hour later to arrange a delivery date to suit me. The watch arrived the next day, beautifully packaged with some extra goodies thrown in. Overall a 5 star experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Exceptional service the watch was exactly as described and the two ladies in the shop were extremely friendly and the whole experience was fantastic.
I will be definitely be back to watches of Whitby in the future.

Spotted a watch I liked in my local Pawnbrokers and contacted Leanne who I met a few months previously on a visit to Whitby and found very friendly, honest and helpful, to learn a bit more about the particular model. Bizarrely she had the same watch in stock and a deal was done. Drove over to pick it up and found it to be exactly as described.

Whilst on holiday , I was informed that the watch I had been looking for for a while was available at Watches of Whitby . Immediately going online , I saw that the watch was in superb condition and was only a few months old. I took advantage of their deposit option to take if off the sales list , and then paid in full upon return to the UK. Today ,I travelled to Whitby itself and met the staff instore .They were absolutely brilliant with me ,so approachable , friendly and knowledgeable . I was so impressed with the service , that they are now looking out for another watch for me . I can only , highly recommend this store as my whole experience was superb .

Initially my postal entry was not acknowledged, subject to a negative review Whitby watches contacted me to resolve this and assured me that this entry would be accepted on this draw. They have advised they will provide me with my draw number in the next 3 days…watch this space.
