Never ever again.2weeks and counting on express shipping. Slow to respond.never ever again.

I have not received my watch yet. I received a email saying it will not be delivered and i placed the order on february 11

My package was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days. I ordered on the 7th it was processed on the 9th and now when I check the tracking it just says it's still in Jamaica ny. 3/19/26 package still hasn't arrived and o still can't get a response from customer service. WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM WATCHESOFUSA

I ordered a watch December 2nd it’s 29th still haven’t received it the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered my watch on Dec 5. Still hasn't received it. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've had.

Awful/no customer service. There phone number does not work did not receive my items. Ordered item on 12/4 and today is 12/24 and no items nor have I been able to talk to someone about my order. Do not order.

Not gonna lie, I panicked after checkout because I clicked the wrong dial color. I emailed support and within ten minutes they cancelled, refunded, and helped me reorder. Watch arrived flawless, all stickers still on, I even recieved a polishing cloth for free.

Guess what, the reservation option at Watches of USA saved my bacon. I spotted a discontinued Flieger Friday night, hit reserve, then hustled to sell an old microbrand to fund it. While other sites sold out, my piece stayed safe for 48 hrs. Checkout was painless, shipping crazy quick, and they even tossed in extra spring bars. TBH I still grin every time the lume pops at dusk. From my perspective the whole process felt like dealing with fellow collectors instead of a faceless store, which matters.

The prices are affordable and very reasonable. I am so pleased with my purchase that I would definitely consider buying here again.

Es una estafa. Lo compras a través de eBay. En el proceso de la compra te dicen un precio y no te mencionan nada de aduanas. Y cuando estás a apunto de recibirlo te dicen que hay un cargo de un 25%aprox que si no lo pagas no te llega. Y cuando dices que no quieres recibirlo te confirman que te cobran el envío y el coste de reembolso (unos 100€). No compréis ahí
