Offer price was exceptional. It took a week or so to arrive but I wasn't concerned. Even got a telephone call to tell me they were posting that particular day. When it did arrive it was as described with box and papers and obviously brand new. It was the second watch I have bought from them and would definitely buy again.

I have spent the last 18 months trying to source my latest purchase, a Grand Seiko Tentagraph. I wish I had visited Watches of Mayfair first as the level of service and quality of product experienced, outshines that of any of the competition. Anton and Matthew are both very knowledgeable and provide a level of service above and beyond that experienced elsewhere. The watch that I purchased from them was exactly as described. New and in pristine condition. I will definitely be buying from Watches of Mayfair in the future. Highly recommended.

I bought a 37mm blue Longines Spirit from WOM at a price better I think than anywhere in the country. I dealt with Matt Brown who maybe a little disconcertingly first contacted me as soon as I went on their online site some months ago. He turned out to be very friendly but not pushy, with similar tastes in watches to my own - like me has slender wrists and looks for 36mm diameter watches if possible. WOM required a 30% deposit to order the watch but this was refundable if I did not like it, and in the event, and I knew I would, I loved it. Again, I did not feel any pressure though. This was a special watch for a ‘special birthday’ and all told it was a nice experience going into London, having lunch at one of the delightful eateries in or around Shepherd Market and then experiencing the serenity and courtesy of the little WOM office. I am a bit obsessed by my WATCHES and now that I have formed a relationship with WOM, I hope that I will in time be back.

Excellent customer service - knowledgeable people with a passion for watches. Got me the watch I wanted at a competitive price and shipped it to me for the next day. Everything was A1. Highly recommended.

Quite simply a wonderful company to deal with. I bought two Grand Seiko watches from them and dealt with Matthew and Emma. The watches are authentically supplied to them by official Grand Seiko dealers and come complete with all packaging and stamped warranty card. If you have any doubt about their authenticity, please don’t. They are totally genuine.

Emma replies to e-mails promptly and is extremely helpful. Matthew fitted the bracelet, etc., and is a genuine watch enthusiast. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

I can’t speak highly enough of Watches of Mayfair. They offer a genuine dealer experience with a very generous discount. They are now my go to dealer for high end watches.

I have been looking to purchase a classic elegant timepiece for a little while and during my search and due diligence i found the Watches of Mayfair business. After reviewing my options and consulting reviews of the business i duly placed an order for a Longines Elegant 41mm dia watch. I placed an order with Watches of Mayfair on Tuesday 17th June. The order was acknowledged very quickly via email and communications from Matthew at Watches of Mayfair. Further communications were received from Matthew over the next couple of days and on Friday 20th in the afternoon i took delivery of my new timepiece. I was very pleasantly astounded by the speed of delivery from Watches of Mayfair. The quality of the Longines Watch has exceeded my expectations and i look forward to wearing over the coming years.

Although all the communication with WOM was via WhatsApp,Matthew kept me informed every step of the way. Timepiece was sized for me prior to delivery. I requested a specific date for delivery and Matthew and their courier did not disappoint. On the whole a great experience and would not hesitate in recommending Watches of Mayfair and Matthew.

A totally professional approach. Communication was excellent throughout and what I really appreciated is that Matt always followed through on everything he'd written or said, without delay. When I wanted to collect the watch from him personally he ensured that was possible. When I was too excited by the product and lacked the confidence to wear it home on public transport he arranged tracked delivery to my house the next day! It duly arrived in the morning beautifully packaged. For 25 years I've relied on a local jeweller [and friend] for all high end purchases and this experience equalled that high standard in every way. The correspondence via WhatsApp was excellent with several enquiries regarding prices and delivery being responded to within a couple of hours. There was always a follow up message, but nothing that could be regarded as being pushy. The watch was heavily discounted (Grand Seiko) but came with a full factory warranty. The transaction was easy to complete and the watch arrived the following day. Would definitely recommend.

I found Watches for Mayfair online and having seen so many good reviews I thought I'd give them a try. I found their website excellent, almost too much choice really, lol. Placed my order on a Sunday. Response was quick and any questions were dealt with promptly and accuratly. I had to wait for a couple of days for my chosen watch to be sourced and as it was a bank holiday weekend, managed to go to their shop in west london to collect. Superb people, friendly, professional and just a joy to deal with. Would i recommend them; absoluetly. Am I happy with the watch I purchased and the price i paid; Very much so; will i be using this company again; without hesitation.
