Arranged an in-store appointment with Batyr who was knowledgeable and purchased a watch. The watch had be shipped in and Kibria took over the service. I must say that he went the extra mile for me by providing regular updates, photos and arranging the appointment to collect it. By far the best service I have ever experienced and I shall now buy all my watches from Watches of Mayfair. I shall gladly refer friends onto them to seek their expertise and purchases. Great experience sourcing my watch. I was looking everywhere for this particular Longines model and they were the only ones who had it and I paid almost £500 less than cost price. The service was really personal and Emma was really patient with me.

The watch came sooner than expected and when I picked it up, Matthew was kind and took the time to adjust it for me until it felt comfortable.
