Beware!!! Do not trust what they say!
Bought an Audemars Piguet watch with self winding movement in May 2018 from them. It was advertised as New/Unworn and the seller said it will have full 2 Year Factory warranty.
Soon I noticed that the watch would stop over night despite the fact that it was worn all day and should have up to 40 hours reserve.
It was sent to Audemars Piguet for repair under warranty. Low and behold the warranty had expired long ago as the watch was originally sold in April 2013!!!
Had the watch not been sent to Audemars, I would have never found out.
To summarize: Watch Buyer deceivingly sold a watch as New and Unworn that was previously sold and forged the Warranty documents with a May 2018 date!!!

Dear Mr Tichauer.
You did indeed buy an unworn, but old stock, watch from us that we sold for a Jeweller in Italy. It has never been worn though had been in stock for a few years since he stopped selling Audemars Piguet. The watch has not been listed on AP's website for some years. This was reflected in the 58% discount the watch was sold for off what was the RRP of £17500. The jeweller had a blank paper and was under the impression he could sell as new. We did check when you told us and it seems that AP registered the stock, he had left, when they ceased being a seller.
At this point we offered you a full refund including your $311 import duty. You declined this and asked for compensation to pay for the service at AP and for your inconvenience. We negotiated a contribution, that we agreed we would share with the jeweller, of $2700. The service was $1400 and $1300 extra discount. The AP service came with a further 2 year warranty.
You accepted this.
When the deal was closed this would have meant that you would have paid 70% off RRP and would have a 2 year warranty from AP.
Since then you have made 2 chargebacks from your credit card company meaning we had the money, that you paid, taken from our bank account.
We asked you to re-pay the funds but you have been delaying in doing this for 3 months now.
We then found out that you had picked up the Watch from AP, and not told us, so that now you have the watch and the money.
We have asked you nicely to pay the invoice or return the watch and you have refused.
We have taken legal advice from within the locality of where you are based and it seems that in US law you are a thief. We have informed you of our instruction to a legal firm in the USA and they have been very helpful in explaining how US law is on our side and we look forward to the safe return of what is our watch as title can only pass on receipt of full payment.
Only now you leave us a 1 star review.
Excellent service, at a great price.
I found the watch I was after on Watch Buyers UK, at well under the usual retail price, but was a bit concerned, as if something seems to good to be true, it probably is, but I checked the reviews, and was happy that if it went wrong my credit card company would help.
I need not have worried. My brand new watch, with new guarantee card, arrived well ahead of the advertised time, with no hidden extra charges.
Communication was excellent, and I paid about 20% less than the recommended retail price, even though some retailers were out of stock and the watch was “unavailable.” Highly recommended.

The experience was very good
The experience was very good, they initially sent the watch with the wrong box and papers but very quickly sorted things out and I had the right ones swapped over in a couple of days, would have been nicer if they’d sent me a little gift to say sorry. Otherwise all good and very satisfied with the watch.

You bought a discounted watch which was marked as available to order on the listing.
Manufacturers leave models available online when discontinued in case dealers have lots of stock left to sell. Because we get discount and in turn you do we cannot and do not know what has been discontinued sometimes until we go to order the model. This is an inherent risk when buying on the grey market to save money. We are sorry we could not supply you.
