Selling two watches to Watch Boutique
I had two watches to sell and had no experience of selling online. Seeing the great reviews for Watch Boutique I thought I’d take a chance. I was contacted by Ben who was immediately friendly and helpful and explained what to do. I submitted photos and got a quick preliminary valuation. Ben then talked me through sending the watches on. I followed his advice and they arrived within 24 hours and Ben inspected the watches. He then called me back. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced about watches and we agreed a final valuation which was satisfactory for us both. The money was in my account within a couple of hours. It couldn’t have been easier! Ben is a pleasure to deal with and is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. For a first time nervous seller this was a reassuringly positive experience. Thank you Ben.
