late for pick up of skip was told there is no rush for pickup and takes up to 7 days its now day 10 as of making this review still no confirmation of pickup

Great service with skip order
We ordered a skip from this company and the service was flawless; we weren’t sure on things such as permits and the people we spoke to on the phone were super helpful and walked us through everything so it was all clear. Everything was delivered and collected on time and I was updated with texts and emails along the way. Would recommend and would use them again!

I ordered a skip online 6 yard
I ordered a skip online 6 yard
Got an email a couple of days later saying there was an issue with the system online and they may not be able to get me the skip
However, they did email back saying the skip would be coming
However, it was a 5 yard
I still got charged the same price
Communication was poor

One of the worst companies I’ve ever…
One of the worst companies I’ve ever used. Ordered a skip to arrive on Wednesday morning failed to deliver promised to deliver Thursday failed to deliver. I’m waiting to see what happens on Friday they’ve promised to deliver before 10 absolutely appalling. I’ve had to pay builders to do nothing because they’re waiting on a skip.

Extra charges you don’t get with other companies.
While the service was quick, I couldn’t believe that we were charged extra for keeping the skip a few more days. And then they left it on our drive for several days! I will never use them again - back to a local firm that just pick up without an extra charge once you’re done.
