Excellent, professional service from Becky, Ollie and Alfie.

I cannot give Wash tech repair enough praise, the only company to answer my SOS call out of 5 when my oven went suddenly. Having started to panic when facing a weekend with no oven and 2 small children, Becky and her team went out of there way to help and by 3 o clock the same afternoon my oven was fixed!!! Incredible service and I love the fact I was able to support a family owned business. I can’t thank them enough!!!

Finally an appliance maintenance company who are easy to get hold of, quick to respond, get things going again (less than 24 hrs) and do what they say they will do ! Wonderful, and big thank you. Paul R.

Excellent service. Our old Neff combi oven had stopped working. An engineer came out within a few days diagnosed the problem and explained what the choices were. We eventually agreed he would take the oven to the workshop to see if they could save it. A week later it was returned to us with a functional microwave and oven, although the grill was not able to be saved. A good outcome considering we may have had to invest in a new oven which would have been extremely expensive. The only extra we had to pay on top of the call out fee was for the new part. Many thanks.

My dishwasher is about 15 years old and I was afraid that Oliver might not be able to fix it. But he diagnosed the fault, had the required part with him and sorted it out very promptly. And all within two days of it going wrong. Highly recommended :-)

We have called on Washtech twice recently. Once for our tumble drier and once for our dishwasher. They have been absolutely brilliant! They are totally customer focussed. Becky managed to rejig the call schedule to fit us in, they are reasonably priced, turn up when they say and are genuinely nice to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They are certainly my first point of call for any appliance breakdown.

I needed a quick repair and Wash Tech sent out an engineer within 48 hours. Ollie was absolutely brilliant and a huge credit to the company. I have used Wash Tech on several occasions for my appliance break downs, the service provided has been excellent and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your appliance repairs.

Be very wary of this company.
Arranged an engineer visit for my Siemans oven. One came out and made a diagnosis and ordered the part. When he came to fit the part it was evident the oven was not repaired and the initial problem remained. Upon pointing this out the engineer (I believe the owner of the company) acted like a spoilt child, removed the part and some screws and left stating that i knew more about the issue than he did. He obviously did not know the issue at all and the company should not be advertising themselves as Siemans experts when they obviously are not

My ‘hide & slide’ oven door broke on Sunday evening. I messaged the company and received a call early Monday morning, problem was identified and engineer replaced broken part on Wednesday morning.
I am delighted with the efficient service.

Had a (older) dishwasher breakdown and thought it was the end.
Not so, the engineer identified the fault within a few minutes and although had to obtain the part, they got it within two days and fitted it on the first working day after.
Remarkably, I wasn't asked to pay anything up front.
Highly recommended, 5 star and then some

Excellent company, Needed a dishwasher repaired and while waiting for a Bosch appointment discovered Washtec. Booked an appnt within 3 days, Oliver replaced the pump then discovered a hose had been damaged by a mouse so arranged to order a new one and return asap. We were away for a week and on our first day back got a phone call at 8.10am to book a new appointment, again within the week. Oliver came back today and all is sorted. Great service, great price.Would definitely recommend and use again for any repairs. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service: Ian came in during the time slot booked, called half an hour before coming, wore the mask and was very professional throughout the visit.
