Die Recruiter machen einen super Job!
Die Recruiter machen einen super Job. Die richtigen Jobs für die richtigen Freelancer. Ein großes Manko ist aber die Verwaltung. Man kriegt einen Vertrag zugeschickt, in dem man die persönlichen Daten 20-fach eingeben muss. Das in Zeiten von KI. Außerdem werden Daten abgefragt wie z. B. Kontakt-Nummer und Bankverbindungen. Diese müssen doch schon vorliegen und können doch schon vor belegt werden. Für Softwareentwickler (so wie ich)10 Minuten Arbeit. Ich lasse aber trotzdem die 5 Sterne, weil ich die Leistungen der Recruiter nicht schmälern möchte.
