Прислали пару обуви, где шнурок залит клеем. Написала в тех поддержку и тишина. Помощи и обратной связи нет. Но глядя , что они даже не отвечают на комментарии для них это норма. Больше покупать не буду. Есть намного лучше магазины

I had a very disappointing experience with this order. My order clearly contained 3 pairs of shoes, as shown in the invoice and the order confirmation, but I only received 2 pairs.

I contacted customer support, but they claimed that the order only contained 2 pairs, which is incorrect. I have proof showing that 3 pairs were ordered.

In addition, the boxes arrived damaged, which is unacceptable for a product like this.

I asked them to either send the missing pair with new Adidas boxes or refund the missing item, but the issue has still not been resolved.

Very disappointing customer service.

Really good experience. Ordered from Germany, as WSS was the only company who had the piece I ordered in stock - and this for a very fair price. Delivery was via UPS (8€) and took around a week (it was delayed by UPS due to heavy snowfall). Packaging could have been a bit better as there was only one tiny piece of tape on the top side of the package, but everything arrived well in shape, so I cant complain. Overall 5/5 experience for me (mostly because of the price), would do it again and can recommend.

Do niedawna korzystałam z tego sklepu bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Niestety po ostatniej sytuacji całkowicie straciłam zaufanie do tej firmy.

Mój mąż złożył zamówienie na dwie kurtki oraz longsleeve. Po przymierzeniu okazało się, że jedna kurtka nie pasuje, druga jest za duża, a longsleeve źle leży, dlatego zgodnie z instrukcjami sklepu zgłosił zwrot wszystkich trzech produktów i odesłał je w jednej paczce, korzystając z kodu zwrotu InPost zapewnionego przez sklep. Następnie złożył nowe zamówienie na jedną z kurtek w mniejszym rozmiarze.

Problemy zaczęły się przy zwrocie środków. Najpierw otrzymał zwrot pieniędzy tylko za jeden, najtańszy produkt. Dopiero po interwencji sklep zwrócił środki za kolejny, również tańszy, produkt. Wciąż jednak brakowało zwrotu za trzeci produkt, czyli najdroższą kurtkę (ponad 1000 zł).

Po kolejnej reklamacji sklep poinformował, że rzekomo tej kurtki nie było w paczce zwrotnej i zażądał dowodów fotograficznych potwierdzających jej odesłanie. Pragnę zaznaczyć, że w instrukcji zwrotu nie było żadnej informacji o konieczności fotografowania procesu pakowania. Sklep mógł (i powinien) zweryfikować chociażby wagę paczki zwrotnej, a jeśli doszło do uszkodzenia przesyłki, odpowiedzialność spoczywa na sklepie oraz firmie kurierskiej - nie na kliencie.

Cała sytuacja wygląda skrajnie nieprofesjonalnie i bardzo podejrzanie, zwłaszcza że każdy zwrot środków następował dopiero po interwencji, a pieniądze za najdroższy produkt nie zostały oddane do dziś. Takie praktyki nie mają nic wspólnego z rzetelną obsługą klienta.

Jeśli nie otrzymamy pełnego zwrotu środków, sprawa zostanie zgłoszona do Rzecznika Praw Konsumenta i bardzo chętnie nagłośnię to dalej :) Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

I placed an order on the 4th of August 2025.

UPS lost my parcel. I jumped through hoops for weeks chasing this useless retailer. UPS put through a tracer and confirmed that the parcel was lost in transit. They since sent a claim to the retailer so I could be refunded.

10 weeks later, they continue to fob me off with emails. They have not delivered the goods or honoured my refund, nor have they even offered any help.

I have now taking this to the bank to resolve via dispute and am making format complaints under Directive 2019/771/EU (consumer rights for goods not delivered).

This company should not be trading. Total scammers.

This store is a complete scam.
I paid for brand new shoes and got a filthy, obviously used pair — creased, dirty, worn. Someone clearly knew they were sending garbage and packed them anyway.
Their solution? A laughable 5% refund or 10% off my next order. Next order? You must be joking.
This place is shady, dishonest, and doesn’t respect its customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I had a great experience with them ! I was nervous reading all the reviews. My bank didn’t approve the purchase at first because it’s out of the country. But when I swapped the payment through PayPal it went through. I ordered a Carhartt wip jacket on Saturday and it was delivered Wednesday to Minnesota, USA. I’m honestly shocked how fast it came. Jacket is as described and absolutely perfect. I’m so happy, I’ve been looking for this sold out jacket and it’s been sold out in the US since the fall.

If you're in the US and considering buying from this site, this is the review you're looking for. I had scoured the entire internet for a discontinued Oakley anorak, and this was the only place I could find that had international shipping.

Initially I was hesitant, but that anxiety was quickly dashed when I saw that you could pay with PayPal - among other methods.

Not only was the purchase process absolutely seamless, but the shipping absolutely blew my expectations out of the water.

I placed my order on 12/30 and it arrived by 01/07 - that's faster than some orders I've placed stateside.

The item was thoughtfully packaged and in perfectly new shape. I seriously could not be more thrilled, and they've definitely earned a new fan in the US.

Honestly their selection is great too, I'm legitimately eyeing some other things on their site.

They will deliver. No doubt. But they conveniently forgot to mention that UPS (their preferred courier) charges a further £85 "import tax" on delivery (that excludes the £13 delivery charge). So in all almost £100 extra for a pair of shoes that already cost an arm and a leg. So if you are from UK, like me, find cheaper alternatives. Other than that, they do have the stock they claim to have.

Found cheaper on here than anywhere else. Took 2 weeks to deliver (to UK) but that was stated at the outset. Tracking all kept up to date.

Would definitely use again. Excellent company.
