I found customer service very good and helpful…
I was a little disappointed in the delivery time and I didn’t feel the fabric was adequately wrapped… one end of the roll was a bit bashed about from being thrown in and out of the delivery van.
Most fabric I buy that comes on a roll, has a protective layer over the fabric before the plastic wrap… so that is why I haven’t given 5 stars
I will however buy from you in the future as I loved working with the fabric
Thank you

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. I'm really pleased to hear that you love working with our fabric and I'm sure the finished results are wonderful! We'd love to see pictures of your projects, if you have any to share.
In regards to the packaging, we do try to minimise packaging to reduce waste. We do ask our warehouse to wrap all orders well for the reasons that you have mentioned in your review, and so we are disappointed to hear that your order was not as well as wrapped as would be expected. This is something I certainly will raise with our warehouse.
Best wishes, Amy
