Booked for an annual boiler service
Booked for an annual boiler service. I was advised by text when Mike was near and he arrived punctually. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how to take payment. He took just over an hour for a thorough servicing which included a report with photographs and payment was very easily completed. Mike was completely respectful at all times to myself and my elderly father. He also ensured he left everything as found with no mess. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for boiler servicing and other work he carries out. I also think his prices offer value for money as he provides an in depth servicing. Many thanks, will be using again.

Boiler service and work on boiler
Great communication from Warmflame with regard to my boiler service and work that needed doing to get my boiler working safely again. I was really pleased with the work done by the boiler engineer. He carefully explained what needed to be done and was professional and respectful whilst completing the work. Warmflame went above and beyond to get part needed and ensure work was done as soon as possible so that my boiler was working again.

Top score for reliability and perseverance
It took several visits from Mike and Ben to resolve an intermittent fault with my boiler. Each request for a return visit was dealt with promptly, together with the offer to leave me with electric heaters as a temporary measure. Always polite and pleasant. A follow up call after their last visit to check that the boiler was working as it should was much appreciated. Happy to say that is still the case.

Combi Boiler Service
Professional job done in servicing our combi boiler. Excellent communication via email and text. Mike also identified a potential safety issue with the boiler and promptly quoted for the remedial work. I have no hesitation in recommending Warmflame Gas.

Annual boiler service
We have worked with Mike for many years, he has helped us through our renovation reinstalling a new heating system including pipes, radiators and boiler. we've had 2 boilers fitted with him one more recent a few years ago and have had reliable boiler service yearly since then. Another great job today doing our annual boiler service.Great communication with reminders leading up to service due date and booking, arrives at time agreed and happy to go through any queries. 😊👌
