Warma Uk made possible for me to have a warm home. For the last ten years I have been sitting with a hot water bottle on my knee and a blanket round my shoulders in the winter. Now with the new heat pump, wall insulation, and solar panels, all made possible through WarmaUk, I have had a warm and comfortable house this winter. I couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team that come to fit the boiler were very friendly, efficient and made sure everything was left tidy.
They explained what they were doing every step of the way.

Once my grant was inplace I had an extremely quick installation of both storage and panel heaters, together with solar panels, inverter & battery, excellent response above expectations.

Great company! Process simple and easy all done within 1day full central heating new radiators and boiler lads where great 👍🏻 and loft installation took about an hour! Good Job all around recommend 👏

Initially, I was amazed when I was approved for a grant for new boiler/ central heating system/ loft insulation: I would definitely encourage anyone eligible to apply via warma UK; the whole process was simplified; from initial survey to installation, people will struggle to believe they can obtain grants for this purpose

UPDATED: marked down to one star. Scaffolders were booked (after leaving a 3 star review). Turned up the night before they were due to be here - 630pm and dark. Got shirty when we told them they couldn’t take their scaffolding down at that time of night (small children next door and inconvenient). Came back the next morning (as scheduled) to remove. We found they had left our back gate wide open after removal - giving access to whoever might want it, and to very expensive equipment and the contents of the house. Courtyard was left in a state. Totally unacceptable.

Installation under the ECOFLEX scheme was great. The team who installed the air pump, solar, and replacement radiators were courteous, professional, helpful, and thoroughly nice. It has made a big difference to our old cob cottage. Comms with Warma were pretty good until after the system was installed (13 Nov) but went downhill thereafter. I had to repeatedly chase for a £300 refund for a solar panel that in the end couldn’t be fitted. But what has really annoyed me is Warma’s failure to get the scaffolding at the rear of our property removed. I have emailed about this repeatedly with many emails just being ignored. Warma’s scaffolding subcontractors are using our property as storage for their scaffolding until they are next in the area. I know this is what scaffolders have a reputation for doing but this is Warma’s problem, not mine, and it is causing serious inconvenience. I have just advertised the scaffolding as free to the first person who can come and collect it. Warma: if you cannot manage your scaffolders then find a different subcontractor.

Warma UK transformed my uncomfortably cold cottage into a cosy energy efficient home. The work of the insulation team, Mike, Vinnie and Ieuan was top quality. The solar panel installers and electricians, Luke, Ben, Cai, Anthony and William also worked efficiently and professionally. Communication with Warma UK (Nigel Mathias and Brian Lewis) was helpful and timely. I highly recommend this company and their tradesmen.

I used WarmaUK in early 2022 for my boiler install, looking into Solar so had them back to install it on the house roof.

Great service as always, from survey to install I was kept in the loop the entire time and the team of installers were very professional and helpful as the first time around.

Obviously its winter at the time of the install & review so wont see the true benefit of it just yet, but already noticing the difference on my smart meter!

Everyone l spoke to at warma were polite and courteous at all times, could not fault surveyors, heating engineers, and solar installers. All seemed very professional, and worked very hard throughout . I would recommend to all. They earned the 5 stars l have given them.

Great company. I had warmer come back recently for my annual boiler check and the service was fantastic. Great engineers who fitted it a couple of years ago 😀

Will not fix problems unless I agree to the lasted HLC which is again inaccurate.
What sort of company leaves a pensioner with health conditions in a cold house?
First produced a HLC report based on wrong EPC.
They have admitted errors siad correcting, 3rd inaccurate HLC.
Only produced a HLC after installation despite frequent request for full information as to what would be done.
The imaginary EPC had a house nearly 20sq m less than my house. The floor layout was of course wrong. The wall construction different. If I had not been told this was my house I would not have recoginised it.
The size has now been rectified as house measured as it should BUT still wrong materials, below regulation temperature suggested and not a full heat pump ssytem. No hot water, no futher insulation.
Told by plumber the heat pump was high temperature Agreed a sensible number of radiators but a the cost of cold rooms.
No offer to remove pipes and equipment from where they should not have been put.
Lost the use of my uitility room due to the tanks and wiring boards not being put in the airing cupboard.
3 radiators do not work at all agreed this needs to be
fixed not just a small rebalancing.

The whole team were polite helpful and dedicated to get the job done. My home was left tidy.
I cannot fault any stage of the process.

Air Source Heat Pump system complete, solar panels and extra insulation via the Eco4 grant scheme.
Ryan and his team Ella,Matt and Owen were professional, fast , friendly and clean during the installation, although we come across a few issues Ryan managed them well and was totally committed to providing a satisfactory outcome.
Morgan and his team carried out the electrical installation faultlessly, the roofers were on the ball and completed the job quickly, last but not least the plasterers Chris and his brother done a great job of insulating and skimming the ceiling ,they also left the job clean and tidy.
Thank you everyone for the hard work that you put into this installation.
Every one of these tradesmen have got to be a huge credit to WarmaUk.
