I have been using them for over 6 month…
I have been using them for over 6 month now and they are very good, also the best thing they have which is different than any other fulfillment company is you can talk to a real person at anytime. A+ I highly recommend them.

Kinks to iron out.
It seems that either the system has a fair amount of kinks or we are just unlucky and got hit by them all. As soon as this system works as designed it will be pretty nifty.

The Ware2Go team has provided great service and I have appreciated their partnership.
We've had issues at the warehouse with compliance and following SOP's, these issues have been addressed by the Ware2Go team so I am hopeful they will be resolved.

I feel scammed by Ware2Go.
I would like to speak with the Founder of Ware2Go. I feel scammed. I needed a new packing solution, and waited for weeks while the Ware2go team analyzed 2 of my products, which they promised to pay for but never did, and this stalled my start date to sell my items.
They DID NOT find a solution, and wasted weeks, and now they are holding that against me, and doubling my monthly rent.
This caused me a tremendous amount of stress. Penalizing me for a delay that THEY were a part of.

Good but could be better
Service is good, the people are awesome and response is quick for the most.
I am not giving it 5 stars only because I feel that in certain occasions there is more that can be done for the client and ill explain:
Since I started working with W2G, I encountered two damaged packages of mine that were sent from Kansas City center. I am paying for pick and pack from master boxes and for packing and wrapping materials, yet two packages were damaged in shipments. UPS obviously won't take responsibility and I was told that its not the logistic centers fault. I believe that in this case I am the last one to have to suffer the damages and I believe that W2G should try to do more in means of compensating their clients, as I compensated mine, for it wasn't their fault for the fact that what they bought was damaged or lost.
