Fraudulent company. Made a purchase and sent them proof of payment. Never received any merchandise and they said they could not service me including returning my money. Reported it to my bank. BEWARE

First off the dress was yellow/Gold and not the pretty pearl color and so I tried to like it but really couldn’t. I tried it on and sent them photos but they said it was the lightening. When I sent it back I had to pay and then it took them 3 weeks and me emailing them 3 separate times and then when they did finally answer they said their was body odor and so they couldn’t refund but could give me 50% back to order another dress OR if I pay for shipping they would send it back to me. I am beyond upset as I had wanted it for my grandsons wedding… I was SCAMMED and NEVER AGAIN everyone will know that what you see in the photos is NOT what you will receive, colors are not portrayed correctly and if you have an issue they will find a reason to NOT give you a full refund. It was an expensive lesson, one I won’t forget and will make sure others know about it as well!

Beware! It;s difficult when ordering online to get size and color right. I paid $300 for a dress. I needed to return the dress because the color didn’t work. I was refunded $215. It cost me $85 to make a wrong decision.

I adore my new dress and love my boots. They are quite unique and I bought the outfit for an outdoor wedding but I find I want to wear it to EVERYTHING!! Size was spot on and it is comfortable and very feminine.

This was the first Vintage Style dress that I bought at the Wardrobe Shop. And still my favorite! ❤️💋🌺 Beautiful in coral colour, 1920s style, very pretty embroidered flowers on it, two layers of different tule. The underlayer of this dress is attached and it’s very light and comfortable to wear! 🥰

I bought a pair of boots,when they arrived they where the wrong ones,and the wrong colour,I sent them back and I had to pay for the return,
After many months of arguing with them and sending them proof that they had actually received them (as they said they hadn't) they offered me 50%of value of ,I accepted this even though I was unhappy something was better than nothing,they ghosted me, no money no boots no reply,and I am £400.00 out of pocket. You have now been warned DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!

'Wardrobe' have the most exquisite & enchanting designs in ladies special occasion Dresses. Being in my mid 60s, and looking for a beautiful, flowing, mid length Dress for my Wedding to my 'First Love', whom I'd been reunited with after 32 years!! I wanted something really special yet not a dress that made me look like 'mutton dressed as lamb'. Wardrobe had THAT DRESS....
It was an 'online order', which I wasn't particularly used of, I would much prefer to see, feel & try on any clothes I'm buying. But as Wardrobe are based in America & I live in Ireland I really had no choice, as my choose dress was exactly the style I had envisaged for my Wedding Dress. So I took the plunge, ordered size from measurements given by Wardrobe, & tapped the 'send' button. I was given a delivery date of 3/4 weeks, my AWESOME DRESS arrived two weeks to the day of my order being sent. The tea length, champagne coloured Dress couldn't have been more perfect for my well rounded figure. It flowed in the light breeze on my Wedding Day, even the men guests complimented me on how beautiful I looked!! The ladies were in awe at how stunning my Dress was.... So for any older ladies out there I am proof that even in your 60s you can look like a Princess on any special day, if you purchase a dress for your size /figure from Wardrobe. I did speak over the phone on a couple of times before ordering and they were so courteous & helpful. Definitely a 5* business

The dress I ordered from the WardrobeShop is exquisite! It is well made and arrived very quickly- in plenty of time for the event at which I wore it. It is made from beautiful material, fit perfectly, and gained many compliments! I would encourage others who may be balking at the cost of the dress to not worry about the price and know that the dress is worth every cent! I can't express how much I love this dress- I felt so elegant wearing it and was transported to a gentler, more carefree time...

Buyer beware??? Whatever happened to 'Business practice business with honesty' (or suffer the consequences)? I am in Canada. Retired, I ran a landscape stone business that crossed international borders. My American customers knew what the stone would cost WITH delivery charges (including all border crossing costs). Americans KNEW what the REAL cost would be in AMERICAN $$ BEFORE their purchase was finalized. THIS COMPANY?? My spouse fell in love with a dress for our upcoming vows confirmation event. During the purchase process, there was NO IDENTIFICATION that the "$324.99 delivered" cost was in US dollars. I needed to go to our MC to see that the real Canadian cost had become just over $440. That hidden cost was offensive to encounter during an 'international purchase process' (American arrogance??) but we could live with that given that we had seen NO dress that matched its allure, at other shops. What became unacceptable was THE FACT that WardRobeShop identified a DELIVERY charge of $19.99 USD (identified ONLY at the checkout). A UPS driver then appeared at our door demanding an additional (near) $40 Cdn claiming that it was 'for brokerage charges'. We refused the item because this became a breach of the original delivery cost contract AND entered a system of CRIMINAL EXTORTION ("If you want this package we have YOUR MONEY for, you will pay an additional $40!"). We went after UPS AND this company for this conduct and have yet to see this dress (delivered in a flimsy bag... a $440 item tossed among everything else???) refunded. We gave them until June 1, 2023 to refund this in full OR we WILL be going to Canadian AND American authorities. This is our second BAD experience with internet shopping... Fool me once??? Fool me twice??? There will NOT be a third... My spouse had already purchased lovely dresses for other events from local stores and that is the way we ill do it from hereon... the bird in the hand is better than this beating around the bush that these internet businesses give us... I really never give a perfect review but this company was very close. I declined the 5/5 only because I have not worn the shoes for a full day. Having said this, I saw the shoes on Amazon. When looking at the reviews it was apparent that the company had copied the image of the WardrobeShop boot. I loved the look of the boot when I found the actual company but this is not a cheap boot so I thought to wait until it went on sale. Sales are my very favorite! No sale so I decided it would be a treat for myself. The boot is exactly as pictured, beautifully crafted and the teak is a natural alternative to black as neutral color. I love the shape of the heels which allows you to dress the boot up or down. The kicker is that it is comfortable....so far. Also it arrived well packaged and timely. Definitely worth the look, down side is the limited selection.

It was a great experience due to the fact that mostly what I bought I received.The dress is beautiful and fit like a glove.It arrived promptly as they said it would.I was under a time crunch at the time.All went perfectly with the whole wardrobe shop experience.I have given other women your name and website to shop since then.

The dress was absolutely gorgeous. The colour was true to the sales guide and the detail of beading and sequins was perfect. The dress fitted perfectly. I only had to adjust the straps to suit my short body. I would definitely buy from The Wardrobe Shop again.

I purchased my third beautiful dress from the Wardrobe Shop early 2022 for a family wedding. It arrived very promptly, in great condition. I’m never disappointed with their outfits, this dress was so feminine, I loved wearing it.

From searching for the perfect Mother-of-the-Groom, boho-style, suitable for an outdoor wedding on Pinterest, I thankfully found the Wardrobe shop. The styles are beautiful and delivery was fast!! I love my dress; I’ll get it fitted from our tailor, but it’s exactly what I was hoping for..great quality, surprising details. Love it!

Scammers. I went online to check my order and the website can’t be reached. Tried to email and doesn’t exist.

I received my lovely cardigan today.It fits perfectly and I had excellent feed back. Will definitely use them again

Horrible Horrible Horrible, stay as far away as possible. We ordered a dress for my daughterʻs wedding about a month in advance. Was never told it was back ordered. The wedding came and went and I had to buy another dress. So we told Wardrobe Shop to cancel but then they said the couldnʻt as it was being delivered. Wasnʻt delivered for another week. We sent it back the same day. They took the shipping fee and 30%!! We told them again, and again..
The dress was shipped in the flimsiest packaging possible.
This is a racket, they make 30% on returns, that is great profit even if that is all they get.
BEWARE Customer service sucks.

These dresses are pretty but not worth it when looking at quality over the price they are selling them for. It even arrived with it just thrown in a ripped plastic bag. I guess I expected a little bit of presentation with a $330 dress. Their measuring chart is incorrect so it had to go back. Upon its return to their facility (which I payed for) you will be robbed. They kept $70 dollars of my return charging me for the original cost to ship it to me in the first place and a restocking fee, not to mention weeks of emails asking them what is going on and when I was going to get a refund. Wow! I understand it states this on their return page (at the very bottom) but if they want to keep customers, which they clearly could care less about, they might want to rethink how they do business. I originally was sending the dress back to just exchange it for another. Not anymore. I will never order from The Wardrobe Shop again.
