Really excellent value for money, smooth delivery and all items in perfect condition.

I made a mistake when I ordered my original items and the seller was kind enough to sort it out and exchange them for items of equal value before dispatching which was very much appreciated.

Order multiple times from warbay never an issue. Had to cancel my most recent order, the cancellation was completed along with a complimentary follow up email in a very good time, will shop here again and recommend to anyone as well

Great service,made a few orders and never had any problems,was able to get some combat patrol issues i'd missed out on, seller also had a 1 per customer on certain issues giving more people a chance which is nice to see.

I've ordered from Warbay a few times - boxed items, loose items and magazines. I've e-mailed and asked many more questions. The response is swift, direct and personal - like you hope you would get from a high street shop if you walked in. The items that I have ordered have arrived quickly and always been packaged well. If I have ever raised concerns these have been addressed quickly, courteously and I've been very happy with the response. I will keep shopping with Warbay. It's a shame that it isn't a shop local to me that I can walk into!
