I ordered a item and it was damage and Wanelo told me to keep it and gave me credit to order something else. I ordered tennis shoes that I have never receiv
ed and ask for my money back. Their policy states if you dont receive orders you get 100% money back but I have not gotten my money or item! They are keeping both!

I purchased a product and it was never sent. I waited and waited for it to ship but it never left the processing status. I sent an email after a few months because it obviously wouldn't ship. They refused to refund my money because they couldn't verify the delivery status. This is even though it never changed status and never was assigned a shipping tracking number. Completely useless as a customer support department and company.

I ordered five pairs of shoes from this company back in March I still haven’t received my shoes and they refuse to give me a refund of any one of you can please guide me in the right direction as to what I can do about this company it was just entirely too much money to let go I don’t recommend anyone ever use this company they are truly scam artist but I’m not gonna stop until I get my shoes or my money

I had to give them one star to write this review but they deserve a minus five star review This place has had my money since Jan! for a pair of shoes i still do not have, I have emailed them three times and got one response.they told me they were shipped? where are they being shipped from the moon? I will never buy from these con artist again. This Company "SUCKS"

This company charged my card for shoes. I never received the item and they still haven’t given me a refund! Do not buy from this company! Total scam!!

Purchased my item 2/10 to be delivered 3/15. As of today 3/27 still no item and Wanelo has no idea when it will be delivered. What they fail to realize it that I’m a federal government employee who will have their asses thoroughly investigated and shut down permanently if I determine any form of fraudulent correspondence. They have truly ran up the wrong tree with me. Stay tuned...

This Wanelo Company is so sloppy business u never hear from them late hours the sale other stuffs from outside service they just advertise the handbags and it’s goes somewhere else waiting for months for my items this Company needs too be shut down scammers I was one that got scam from my money of goods. I’ll never buy purchase there business again I close the app log out and deleted the service. I lost money

Con artist, liars!! Bryan form they customer service won’t refund my order he can still see that I didn’t get anything. They say they refund but that’s a lie. I lost 100$ and never got anything . Don’t trust them with your card.

I never write reviews but with this I want to get the word out there! I’m out $150 and they locked me out of my account for following through with my problem. THIS SITE IS A SCAM and if you read it’s like Pinterest, NO WAY Pinterest stands behind you and has reputable vendors!!!!!

Wanelo is my favorite app ! I purchased a pair of BALENCIAGA runners 3 full years ago and they still look PERFECT I’ve even ran fought kicked windows in with them lol, I also got some white prada cloutburst , They honestly feel a lil boxy like, kinda plastic, not really sure how the originals are tho, and lastly my only time being scammed, I paid for some Christian dior shoes 7 months ago and they never came lol. So this is definitely a 3.5 for me

I bought a bag for my husband and I was pleasantly surprised as it arrived well packaged and I like the quality. It was a bit later than when the email said it would arrive but someone from their support team told me the item is shipping from overseas so I was okay with that. It was cheap and the quality is good so I am ordering again.

I have purchased items from wanelo and have gotten some items that I ordered. However this was pre-corona. I decided to be one of those customers that would just take a chance. Some items I received were defective and some may have not been the right color but I was provided a very small credit in return. The issue with Wanelo is that they are not very resourceful and they are not a warehouse. So think of wanelo as eBay.

They allow sellers To sell on their site. The issue with this is To sell on their site. The issue with this comes a lot of third-party transactions and third-party communication. The last item I ordered was a dress. I waited three months to receive it I had been reaching out to customer service. Eventually customer service stopped responding. Initially they told me that they will contact the seller and see what was going on. I finally sent them a final email saying that I will just get the $29 from my bank.

Not too long after that I got a email saying, because I disputed a transaction with my bank they deactivated my account and the only way they would reactivate it is if I reverse the money back to them.

I have had so many issues with Wanelo that I basically told them they could shove it. There is no reason why it should take three months for the “seller” to respond. When the falT is completely their own, they do not have the right to demand something from a customer.

Lastly you are free to take a chance and do what you want. But don’t expect the five dollars from every review that they promise. And do not expect replies from customer service. The items that are being sold on one yellow you can find elsewhere with a little bit more security.

Took my money. Kept the product. Scam scam scam. Hope they sleep well at night !

Wanelo is a scammers site I ordered in December2019 I never received my order and not a refund I hate I ever wasted my money and time

Ordered items in the middle of June and they still haven't even shipped yet and their customer service is terrible.

This company is a scam. I purchased from the seller Bailanyi, order still in processings since April 2020. I located the seller from her return item address and learned from the landlord she had skipped out 6 month ago on her rent and he never heard from her. Wanelo is non responsive. There are so many comments on their page with complaints. Dont purchase anything from this site!!

I ordered items back in April and haven't received not one item yet. I understand the whole covid 19 thing but you can never get a person to deal with your issue . They say they or dealing with it and you never hear from them again . I won't my product or my money . I really want my money.

I have contacted their customer support service multiple times for an issue I have with them. I have yet to hear from anyone! So unsatisfied! They do NOT take care of their customers, DO NOT USE THEM. I would rather give them 0 stars.

It has been 3 months since I ordered my number. I never received a tracking number, it never moved past processing, and it says it should be delivered by today, if not I can request a refund. I have emailed 10 times and called with no response. SCAM.
