I was treated for 22 mins instead of 30…
I was treated for 22 mins instead of 30 mins. I was told it was a deep tissue massage but it was a soft massage and didn't help. Rogel did apologise but that wasn't helpful. Was told I would be refunded but until now I have received nothing. Very disappointed.

Hi Sam, I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. I am very surprised by your feedback as we pride ourselves in our high standard of service.
As you arrived 10 minutes late for your appointment, this affected the available time for your treatment. We aim to accommodate clients as much as possible in these circumstances. However, we are unable to extend treatment time due to lateness, as it impacts subsequent appointments.
Unfortunately, as your appointment was for 30 minutes, Rogel did his best to treat you with the 20 minutes he had available. I would recommend letting the therapist know during the treatment, to adjust pressure/style as they are all well experienced to adapt to varying client needs.
I cannot see any notes on your file regarding a refund. Please could you kindly email the Practice Manager at chara@wandsworthphysiotherapy.co.uk so this may be investigated further.

Welcoming clinic, superb physiotherapists
Welcoming clinic and staff, Shreya was amazing. She quickly diagnosed the problem and explained why t had occurred, gave me exercises to do in my own time and followed up regularly. I have already recommended her to other yoga teachers and students and planning to go back to her whenever I have an issue.

Reliable expert clinicians
Great service from booking appointment and administering insurance to the expert professional advice guidance and clinical care of every specialist I have encountered in this practice over the last few years. I have happily paid for my son ( an ultra marathon runner) to get advice and treatment here, knowing he will get dependable assessments and treatments.

Outstanding help for marathon runner.
I cannot recommend Christina more for her work on my shin splints and carf pain in the run up to the London Marathon. Christina worked extremely hard to help build up my strength to get me strong and fit enough to run the marathon with no pain. Christina was responsive with questions outside of the treatment room and her skill and understanding of my needs in the treatment room were fantastic.
Thank you Christina for getting me back to running and helping me cross the finish line of the marathon!
