Fantastic customer service by Isabella, just hoping the product lives up to the hype

I haven’t travelled yet with my purchases but I tried out my neck pillow in my armchair where I nap. Excellent! Then I tried it between my knees when sleeping . Now I know I don’t need to take that special knee pillow with me on my travels! My neck pillow will serve instead.
What a wonderful creation! So glad I have it ready for when I do travel and meanwhile can sleep well in my chair!!

Hassle free ordering and delivery.

This bag may be intended for travel, but I also find another useful way to put it in the service to speak.. people who go out to sketch and paint outdoors.. try to minimize the amount of materials they bring with them… this is not for people who do large oil paintings, but for Urban Sketchers etc. . One tends to minimize how much you’d have to bring with you and you want to have it accessible not lying on the ground somewhere or having to just organize too much. This bag makes everything much more he user.. water brushes in one pouch, small watercolour paint palette, schetchbook, pencils, etc., in another all contained different compartments easily accessed if you’re outside and handy, and you don’t have to worry about watching what happens to your pencil as it rolls away. Anyway, a different approach to using this purse, but it seems like a good plan.

Item not received - sent an email advising & received quick response indicating they would look into it and get back to me. I followed up 6 days later and was advised they would send another package out to me. Tracking was good - item received within 9 days. Second shipment was sent through Canada Post once it arrived in Canada. I believe this method is a safer bet for deliveries. The items are excellent and as described on the website

The quality of the item is good and lots of pockets to stash all different sizes of items lays very flat and not bulky. Look forward to my travels next year

Great quality products, delivered when expected.

I bought the purse for traveling but find I am using it all the time. It is spacious enough to hold everything for my daily life. I can even fit my kindle in the pocket. I bought them for both of my daughters. I have recently purchase three more in different colors.

Every think went smoothly was notice about times, so was very happy

The product seems well made and it is comfortable to wear. It is a bit smaller than I expected but ok. Im looking forward to going on our trip and using it.

I can only rate this in this way. The items are gifts and until the gifts are used will I know how ro rate them. I see rhe product looks very good and I believe the individuals will love them. They are travelers.

The product was better than expected. So well constructed!

It took way too long to get to me. I almost cancelled the order, it took that long.

I like the product I received. It’s the length of time I had to wait that keeps me from giving five stars. I had two trips planned where I was going to use the purse. I did not receive it in time to use it for the first trip. Very disappointing.

Bags are nice quality and comfortable to wear

It's a great product. Took it on a nine day adventure to Charleston, Hilton Head and Savannah. It was comfortable on my shoulder and held what I needed.

I’m really happy with my WANDER+ pillow! It’s a thoughtful addition to my travel essentials and makes getting comfortable on the go so much easier. The soft feel and supportive design are exactly what I look for in a travel pillow, whether I’m settling in for a long journey or just taking a moment to relax.
What I appreciate most is the balance of comfort and convenience. It’s easy to bring along, simple to use, and adds a little extra comfort without making my travel routine more complicated. Small details can make a big difference when you’re away from home, and this pillow is a lovely example of that.
Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to make their journeys more comfortable. A great addition to any travel kit!

Ordering easy. Product actually did what it said “on the tin.” Very practical, flat wearing travel bag. Various colours allows you to coordinate with outfits. More than travel bag.
Spacious yet discreet. Can’t wait to take it on my SE Asia tour, including hiking in Cambodia.

Durable, beautiful colors, very nice fabric and a great deal of security ! Gives me just enough room for all essentials. Glad I got 3 different colors. I’ve already used the purple one at a football game and marching band completion - hands free !

I'm so excited to used my Wander neck pillow on my upcoming trip. We recently took a trip and flew across the country. It was so uncomfortable and we could get a good rest. I knew with this upcoming trip that we would need a solution. Then I found Wander.
I received them quickly, tried them out, and I'm confident we will have a better flying experience. They are so comfortable and compact to future I'm or carry on. Thank you for making these are really thinking about how to help a traveler out.
