We flew Wamos Air from Auckland to Bali in premium economy, an 8 hour flight. The staff were rude and uncaring. During the flight they were more interested in taking selfies of themselves than serving customers. They then took it in turns to sit in the spare premium seats, cover themselves from head to toe in blankets and go to sleep for about 2-3 hours each.

Bit of a delayed review. I was reminded by the awful experience and had to chuckle because it can only be described as flying on the animal made aircraft in the Madagascar movie. I’m still convinced today the pilots were pedalling bicycle chains to power the propellers.

Landed awful luck as my airline replaced our journeys both ways with Wamos Air.

If you have a death wish or get off on thrills then this is the airline for you!

Sono appena rientrato dalle Maldive e ho volato Wamos nella tratta Roma-Abu Dhabi-Roma.
Prima di partire avevo letto le recensioni ed ero molto preoccupato per i tanti giudizi negativi ma invece tutto sommato è andata bene.
L aereo sia alla andata che al ritorno è stato puntuale, anzi è arrivato in anticipo in entrambe i voli.
Il mangiare è lo stesso che mi hanno servito sulla tratta operata da Ethiad (quindi non capisco le lamentele), lo spazio tra i sedili è lo stesso del 787 di Ethiad.
Si forse non c’è molta scelta come intrattenimento ma si tratta pur sempre di un volo di 5 ore!
Quindi state tranquilli e volate sereni che la gente si lamenta a prescindere.
E soprattutto state andando in vacanza quindi rilassatevi!

I was initially not very happy as we have used Etihad quite a few times from London to Manila return. I didn’t see Wamos mentioned until nearer the second leg of the flight and I was a bit concerned. However, yes the A330 plane was not as nice, but leg room was better and the staff were very attentive, pleasent and a laugh! The pilots diverted over south China city lights to avoid the bumps which was good to see… landing good. Food Ok..

Ho prenotato un volo con Etihad, in quanto già avevo volato con questa compagnia. Che delusione e scomodità questa volta! Aeromobile Wamos Air scomodo, lo schienale che quasi non si abbassa, scelta dei film vergognosa con film vecchi, ma veramente vecchi ( dal 1987 al 2009) , pasto commestibile ma ho dovuto aspettare per averlo perché avevano finito la mia scelta. Assolutamente non lo standard di Etihad che conoscevo

Esperienza pessima:
-sedia rotta
-schermo non funzionante: il mio amico invece aveva lo schermo funzionante, ma l’audio lo sentiva il signore del sedile dietro di lui e non lui.
-hostess incompetenti e servizio di una super low cost (si salva solo il cibo che è di etihad)
-durante il volo i passeggeri per gli assistenti di volo non esistono…

Noi siamo stati messi alla fine dell’aereo dove i sedili centrali diventano da 3 sedili al posto di 4…. E per concludere al meglio il tavolino era rotto e decentrato

Un incubo. Sedili strettissimo,al pari di un low cost nonostante avessimo pagato per un volo con Etihad. Una scomodità assurda per 7 ore di volo. Dispositivi vecchi e mal funzionamenti. Poca scelta di film e molti neanche in italiano. Non puoi caricare nulla perché essendo vecchissimo, il veicolo non ha uscite per caricare. Non hai scelta del pasto, o pollo o pollo.
Solo un pasto tra l'altro. Hostess antipatiche, che ti sbuffano in faccia.

Terrible service for passengers with disabilities. Despite having requested assistance in advance, my family and I flew on flight LA 710 from Chile to Colombia and felt as if we were on a bus. The aircraft was hot, and when assistance was requested, no one came or responded.

For them, the meaning of PRM or assistance for passengers with reduced mobility simply does not exist. This was the first time I flew with this airline, and it will definitely be the last. I do not recommend it.

Paid for a business class seat flying Etihad from Dublin to Manila. Small print on ticket, Flight from Abu Dhabi to Manila now being serviced by Wamos Air. Business class was an absolute disgrace, the most uncomfortable flight I have even taken. From the service, comfort, entertainment, seating crew etc. I have absolutely no positive comments about this airline. Food sub standard had a steak sandwich, the meat could have been used to repair an old boot. One flight attendant was trying her best to service the cabin with little or no help from her colleagues. They hid behind the curtains 90% of the flight. Business class seat was like a concrete block. Even with seat full reclined impossible to stretch out. Not a single seat storage pocket to put phone glasses etc so be prepared to have those in your pocket the whole trip. I booked this business class ticket as I recently I had a total hip replacement and thought that having more room to stretch out would help. Got off the plane as stiff as a board. Etihad have now lost my business. Also beware of flights to and from Manila by Air NZ and Philippines Airlines. They use this two bit airline also. What a waste of money.

Terrible experience. Manila to Abu Dhabi leg of our flight was wet leased by Etihad to Wamos Air. Snotty Spanish flight attendants who were barking orders to passengers instead of politely requesting. Just appalling service. No inflight entertainment. Cramped seating with zero leg room. Spanish passenger seated next to me disappeared mid flight & turned out to have been upgraded. Just terrible, terrible discriminating service.

Una stella perché non posso mettere zero, prenotare con ethiad per un viaggio di lavoro e trovarsi su una compagnia peggiore di Ryanair è davvero schifoso. Bisogna boicottare ethiad per sempre, è oltraggioso

Volo delegato da ethiad a warmos. Incommentabile. 7 ore di volo a bordo senza intrattenimento (sono riusciti a dire che stava caricando, salvo poi dire che non funzionavano i dispositivi e ci siamo messi l anima in pace) con due bambini. Hostess cortesi e cibo normale per un volo, salvo che a metà delle file già mancavano le opzioni, quindi prendi quello che c è. Pagare per un volo di linea e ritrovarsi su una low cost di fatto è inaccettabile.

Staff were rude and unhelpful, asked one flight attendant for coffee and said we should get it from the back, ourselves. Screens not working, very out of date. Was not impressed.

Flew business class from Narita to Auckland; booked with Air New Zealand but got bumped to Wamos. Bottom line is if I wanted to fly a B Grade airline, I would have booked one and probably saved some money. When one pays a premium price for a premium seat, one expects premium service. In flight entertainment consisted of a couple of moves only. No music, no TV shows. No wifi. Minimal engagement from the staff whom barely spoke english. No assistance to lower the seat.
The service was far from what I've experienced when on a proper Air New Zealand flight. Perhaps Economy is ok but they are not up to it with Business. I wouldn't fly on a Wamos flight again, at least not in Business.

Wamos Air non capisco come viaggi in Europa toccando aeroporti europei. Aldilà della sicurezza su cui non essendo un esperto non posso proferire parola, io credo che per quanto pagato ad Ethiad e soprattutto quanto offerto da questa compagnia partner, sia inaccettabile!!! Sedili scomodissimi, personale scorbutico ed antipatico (più volte ad una signora che mi stava seduta difronte, l'hostess le ha risposto in maniera seccata e saccente, solo per averle chiesto se poteva dare a lei il vassoio del cibo consumato a bordo dopo esser passati a ritiralo e poi se avevano un supporto per poter caricare il proprio telefono cellulare che era quasi scarico e avrebbe dovuto affrontare il viaggio di 6h...non era pazza la passeggera, semplicemente non era presenze NESSUNA porta d'alimentazione per poter ricaricare il telefono cellulare sull'aeromobile!!!), intrattenimento pari a 0 (solo film...nemmeno la mappa e le notizie sul volo (ho dovuto personalmente chiedere all'hostess fra quanto tempo saremmo arrivati, visto che eravamo in aereo da ore e la percezione chiaramente se non dormi e non hai nulla da fare è immensa!!!), pranzo senza scelta (solo "cicken"!!!) e nessuna possibilità di caricare i propri dispositivi (telefoni cellulari, power bank o altro...per 6h e più di volo. Sconsigliatissima sopratutto perchè i soldini se li son presi (mi riferisco ad Ethiad in questo caso!!!)

We were on Flight NZ903 December 8th from Papeete to Auckland travelling in Premium Economy. (which was operated by Wamos Air)
Firstly, the plane was delayed after all passengers were on board for about 30 minutes at no time did the Captain or Crew make any announcement nor apology for the delay.
On boarding the plane, we went to our seat and were not offered a refresher towel. The entertainment system did not function in my allocated seat, so I moved and had another problem in the next seat. I noticed that other passengers were also having problems with their entertainment systems.
Once in the air the Cabin Crew had the lights set for night and offered no Water nor other Refreshments they disappeared and expected everyone to go to sleep.
The plane internals were old and worn and nowhere near the standard of the Air New Zealand craft.
No way would I travel with this airline again.

Die schlechste Business Class, die ich erlebt habe. Die Ineffizienz und Unfreundlichkeit des Personals hat meinen Flug zu einem Albtraum verwandelt.

Volo da Abu Dhabi a Roma,Pensavo di viaggiare con Ethiad , compagnia rinomata per servizi ed efficienza, ma mi ritrovo sulla Wamos air. Pessima esperienza ! Sedile scomodissimo, intrattenimento inutilizzabile perché non prevedeva lingua italiano. Un solo misero e pessimo pasto e anche l'acqua bisognava chiederla.Assistenti di volo che non parlavamo inglese (inaccettabile !), Giudizio negativo per Etihad che affida dei voli a queste compagnie. Sconsigliato
