The delivery service was awful
The delivery service was awful. Just dropped off and left. Boxes were torn including the paper inside. This is so bad and the service.

I placed my order and very shortly thereafter received confirmation that the order was being prepared. It was ready and waiting at the allocated store at the allocated time and I collected my order with ease.

Efficient service and good communication
My order was processed and delivered quickly. An incorrect item was sent but the chat feature on the website made it easy to arrange a replacement.
Only downside of the delivery was that the box was open and the packaging of one item was torn. Perhaps an issue with the delivery company.
I would use Waltons again, they provide efficient service and good communication.

I had selected items online, but then realised that I would need a proper quote to submit to my Finance Dpt at work. I did NOT feel like starting my selection process again. So I used the online chat feature and was instantly guided as to the steps I could take to turn my pre-selected items into a quote, without having to start from scratch! Thanks, that was a very helpful feature.
