Ordered samba jane in white. Paid £10 less than normal price but everywhere was out if stock. On reflection that should have been the "red flag". I recieved the trainers but they are definitely fake. After 1 hr wearing them the Adidas print on the insoles came off. They have asked me to send pictures so they can verify they are fake. They kept saying they couldn't see the pictures, I attempted5 times. Eventually they said donate to a charity, provide evidence and they'll refund. I dont believe them. Then today I saw a similar post saying the exact same thing by someone else on trust pilot. I'm going to visa and report as fakes. I now have a genuine pair and there are key differences. RUBBISH COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered a pair of trainers for a birthday and after 5 days still no tracking info. Several emails advising to wait for updates, and no specific info on my order. Requested refund as not yet shipped, was told again to wait for updates, pushed again for refund and finally received it after opening a dispute of payment with my bank. Yes, price was lower than most but my experience means I'll not be ordering here again.

I placed an order with this company for 2 Samba Jane Adidas Trainers. One in black & white and the other green & white. Before my orders came, incorrect because I was sent 2 black pairs, I had to chase my orders.

I contacted the company, however, before they would rectify their error I was told to donate a pair to charity then provide the evidence. I complied and received confirmation that the green & white pair has been despatched. I am still waiting!!

A few days later after receiving the trainers on 2nd June 2026 I wore them. I ordered the trainers on 13th May 2026!!
The Trainers appear to be FAKE because the Adidas writing that was imprinted inside has disappeared!!

I have made numerous contacts with their Customer Support Team. However, I have been ignored/ghosted.

I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction to Visa and a case has been opened.

Do not buy from this company. They sell counterfeit items and once you realise and attempt to communicate with them, they will ignore you!!

Didn't want to give 2 stars, wouldn't allow 0 stars. Do not buy from this company. Bought trainers which having looked closely are fake and they make it impossible to return.

fake shoes. china labels all over. shoes falling apart. scammers. don’t waste your time or money

Eventually they arrived after 21 days and they are 100% fake and a very bad fake.
