The customer service is amazing and the shoes are beautiful. It's one of my best buys. Even though royal mail returned my order, they made sure it got back to me ASAP. And Francesca was so pleasant, regardless of how impatient I was.

Amazing product!!
I bought these boots as a gift for my dad, took a chance on a company I hadn't heard of but being British made and family owned was what made me take a chance as well as the rubber soles my dad needs for help walking but still wanting to look good!
Zero disappointment! Beautiful packaging, well made product, fast delivery...Will use again and recommend...thankyou

Absolutely fantastic experience with Walk London customer Services
Absolutely fantastic experience with Walk London, Ordered 7 pairs of Monk strap shoes in the sale for my groomsmen and the quality is brilliant. the delivery was fast and easy and the boxed are so smart. unfortunately one of my groomsmen asked for a size that ended up being too big, sadly the sale had ended to contacted customer services to see if they could offer an exchange for the right size , Frankie from customer services was very helpful and patient with me to get the right size ordered at the same price.
