The communication was great, the return/exchange was enough greater. Delivery was superb and I bought 4 shoes from at two occasions. Walk London shoes are solid.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered some Chelsea boots from Walk, I tried them on and they didn't fit. So I packaged them up, and sent them back for a refund.
Walk are refusing a refund, saying that the boots were returned damaged.
They've offered to send the boots back - but at a cost of £4.95 to me. Naturally, I don't want to pay an extra £4.95 for boots that I can't wear.
It's been a poor customer experience and I'd really discourage anyone from buying from Walk.

Very dissatisfied indeed!!
Very confusing system with regard to returning items. I received a notification that my items had been received BUT I have not received my refunds yet & this is in spite of having telephoned & been assured that I would receive my refunds. A confusing email was sent to me to check that I had received my orders! Very unhappy with this Company & would not wish to buy from them again. I expect that the issue of my refunds will be dealt with promptly or I shall have to consider legal action.

I tried to return my product but couldn’t do that.
And they gave me a drop point which was very far from my location, also I paid for delivery and can’t have that refunded.
All I want my money, I won’t pay for such trash.

Unwearable black leather sliders
I purchased a pair of leather black sliders last October tried them on for size which was ok then put them away until two days ago to take on holiday. The first time wearing them for a very short walk no more than 150 yards I noticed they were digging into and across all of my toes so stopping and trying to adjust them so this didn’t happen was a waste of time luckily for me there was a small Greek supermarket near by so i bought a cheap pair off them to get me back to the hotel.
I contacted Walk London informing them of my situation to which their response is a joke, they wrote back stating under their terms they recommend you wear their shoes in the house first for god knows how long before wearing them out which would have meant they cut all of my toes in the house instead of outside (laughable ) my point to them was they are actually unwearable anywhere and not fit for propose , I have bought she’s off them in the past but will never use them again after their pathetic reply , The sliders were not cheap by any means at all @ £32.45 as the pair I bought in Greece were only about £5 and more comfortable and better quality, they stated they only offer returns for up to 30 days , I never requested a refund I was informing them that theses sliders are unwearable and they should go and try wearing them themselves so as to prove my point they just seemed more bothered in dismissing what I was reporting.They are the worst shoe I have ever purchased from anywhere and the last from them

Unfortunately, when wearing leather shoes for the first time you may experience some level of pain or discomfort. Therefore, this is not considered to be a direct result of a manufacture fault.

We recommend that customers try the shoes on at home within the 30-day period since purchase and before committing to outdoor wear. This will help to ensure the pair are the correct fit and in line with our returns policy of being in an unworn and re-sellable condition to avoid any disappointment.
If you do suspect there is a manufacturing fault present, you are welcome to return the pair for our Quality Assurance team to carry out a full in person assessment.
Great company - Great people
I’ve ordered serval shoes from Walk London and I always prefer ordering from a family run business where I can.
As of yesterday I had an incident with a a Royal Mail delivery driver stealing my post (not the first time). Unfortunately, they decided to take two new pairs of shoes that I order from Walk London for work. I Reached out to Walk and Frankie, along with the team, resolved this matter instantly and sent me the shoes again but through DHL as a one off to avoid the issue with Royal Mail.
Couldn’t ask for a better service - If you’re looking for smart shoes, good quality at very reasonable prices, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
Local family run business providing a great product and service - Hard to come by these days!

Superbe, première commande ça faisait un moment que je regardais les paires proposés j'ai sauté sur l'occasion sur une solde pour tester la marque vraiment pas dessus et agréablement surpris dès le packaging on sent que c'est du sérieux je sais pas si c'est ma paire en particulier qui a cette boite mais magnifique mais du coup ultra déçu par le transport qui a fait n'importe quoi du coup la boite a pris pas un mais plusieurs coup merci dhl mise a part ça en ouvrant la boite la paire est emballé dans un superbe sac de transport brandé walk london et alors petit détail qui montre que la marque ne s'en cache pas made in portugal écris un peu partout j'aime la transparence .
Qualité : 6/10 c'est pas mal mais quelques défaut
Prix : 5/10 dans mon cas honnêtement top pour ce prix paire soldé a 120 € au lieux de 235 € là j'ai une paire original vraiment content mais si j'avais payer le prix de base je me serais dit ça fait mal je trouve que c'est un peu overpriced après comme vous pouvez le voir de belle solde de temps en temps donc attendez si vous flashez sur une paire en particulier
Je n'avais pas vu en commandant mais la marque aide aussi a là re plantation d'arbre ça pourrait être mis plus en avant sur le site je penses donc super même c'est pas tout le monde qui en a quelques choses a faire malheureusement
