Do not waste your money!!
Ordered a dressing gown and pyjamas for my daughter for Christmas which cost £135. They took almost 3 weeks to get delivered (despite my address being 20 miles from the company) I had to ring them numerous times to chase up the order and the customer service left a lot to be desired. When they arrived all I can describe is cheap Chinese tat. The pyjamas were absolutely huge I ordered a medium they would fit a UK size 16! The dressing gown doesn’t even have loops to tie the belt! Complete and utter rubbish, clearly bought in from china and sewn WIW labels on. Wouldn’t mind only £135 is daylight robbery also! You’ll only rip people off like this once. Will NEVER return to WIW and will try and ensure others don’t waste their hard earned money.

As for the items ordered by yourself, the pyjamas and dressing gown received very positive feedback from other customers. As for sizing, we at Walk in Wardrobe focused on providing a generous fitting pyjama, as our customers informed us this is what they wanted in a pyjama. In regards, to the dressing gown, we appreciate the feedback and this is something we are working towards for our new drop.
We take great pride when designing our own label and feel the price has reflected not only the quality but the design and effort which went into production of our sleepwear. It's a shame you feel this way, as we have had a lot of positive feedback and comments on both these items, and we are delighted with their success.

Very slow delivery given the extra cost of postage and packaging. Disappointed with packaging - any sort of tear in bag was straight through to garment.

Love the Walk in Wardrobe, fabulous quality clothes fast delivery and everything fits perfectly without the need for sizing up or down. I love their video's showing their clothes on different shapes and sizes. I would highly recommend this company.

I haven't purchased anything in a year…
I haven't purchased anything in a year and I get an email about my "recent purchase". Had a horrible experience on my last purchase. Bought items in the sale online to try on at home and some items weren't suitable or I just needed a different size. Nowhere did it say all sales final and how unfair for all sales to be final when it's online?! Went to return/exchange in store and was told all sales final and that it was on their fb page and videos etc and I asked for them to show me one fb post or video where it said this as I was always watching the fb page and all their updates and nowhere did it say this! They couldn't provide me with any and refused to do any exchange or return. I was left with a lot of clothes that didn't fit me. Will never ever shop here again. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I hope they changed their ways for others but in my opinion, a very greedy woman, when it wasn't necessary at all as the items I wanted to change to where in store. Was told to make another purchase. As if!

Postage time tooo long for the price…
Postage time tooo long for the price paid, a company that is thriving could maybe offer special delivery prices when aware that postage times may be delayed due to the Christmas period, as advertised on social media daily the orders were flooding in and I do love the brand and the great quality products but local postage of £7.99 is high

I ordered a refill for my WIW planner which was brought by my sister a couple of years ago. Sadly the current refill does not fit my planner! 🫣

I think your returns is really bad I have no issue paying for the label, but then having to print it. I think that’s a business decision to prevent returns, it has put me off shopping somewhere I love.
