Great service and quality
We ordered a pole-kit and some additional fittings. Delivery of the order was exceptionally prompt and the quality of the items met all expectations. A minor issue we had with the compatibility of some of the additional fittings was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Really very helpful indeed
We made a slight mistake in the order but we were contacted and the error was corrected before dispatch so there was no need for a return/exchange to get it right. Care above the normal to ensure inexperienced customers got it right first time. Many thanks to you all there but especially Alice whose help was invaluable.
