Gareth at Waistaway has been fantastic support! I was on the Total Diet Replacement, 3 shakes a day plan for around 6 months and lost 100 pounds (about 46kg). The first couple of weeks are really hard - if you've heard of the Keto Flu it's tough! But Gareth helped me through it and after that it is a little easier. I finished about 3 months ago and still provide weekly weigh ins to help and do far my weight is stable. Gareth is there throughout to help and support and I'm the most confident I've ever been after losing weight that I will keep the weight off. Thankyou Gareth and waistaway!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Brilliant !!! don’t feel hungry at all. Started replacement meals 12/3/25 on wk three now. It’s pleasant to drink even nicer with a bit of ice smashed in it. Roll on summer and a lighter me 🥰

Quick efficient service

Great service and support. The product works well, but you need willpower to stick to the diet. Gets results.

I had absolutely no idea that I had sleep apnea, I’d been struggling with bad sleep initially due to an injury and it gradually got worse and I just assumed my bad sleep was because I had so many aches and pains. Then I was falling asleep at times I would never normally be asleep, after work, in the car on short journeys , I was also almost falling asleep at my desk at work . I would spend my Saturdays asleep on the sofa but I wasn’t getting good quality sleep , my other half filmed me “asleep” on the sofa and I was twitching from head to toe, I had no idea I was doing it and I was snoring a lot

My partner was talking with a colleague about my sleep and issues etc and she mentioned her husband Gareth had some at home sleep

She very kindly left one for my partner to collect next time he was at that location and he brought it home and I tried it out that night. The results were sent to Gareth and I had a call to discuss the results which showed obstructive sleep apnea, I requested Garth contact my primary care dr as I didn’t think the dr would take my word for it.

Within a week I had been informed a referral to the sleep clinic had been submitted . I got an appointment within 4 weeks and did another home sleep study to confirm Gareth’s findings in early December 2024,

Fast forward to now March 21st and I have been using a Cpap machine for two weeks and even in this short time there has been so much improvement, I was having 92 events per hour and now it’s less than 5, it’s not easy going this cpap life but it is so worth it

Without Gareth and his wife I would probably still be getting 2-3hrs sleep a night , falling asleep all over the place and generally having a bad time , but instead I have so much more energy, I am back in the kitchen cooking instead of cooking beige meals in the air fryer because it’s fast and easy and involves no thought , I’m not constantly grumpy , I’m happier and taking better care of myself because I have the energy to do it and I am no longer falling asleep mid conversation with my partner , I am able to hold a conversation and spend time with him without sleep interfering.

I ordered every 2 weeks and delivery is either the next day, or the day after that, but it's always before I need it which is great.

Easy to follow and place an order, with excellent support re progress also throughout the experience. Shakes do taste nicer done in a blender, I find the strawberry are best. Maintenance products are filling but are not the nicest taste wise 😆

Started the plan 25th June at 18 stone 9 pounds and as of 12th November I’m at 12 stone 8 pounds so a lost 6 stones 1 pound! Went on the plan as was recommended by a friend and love it. I’m on the Total Diet Replacement which is a Keto diet with 3 shakes a day. I tried the the chicken and leek soup but found I prefer the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate shakes. What I love about it is there is no thinking just take the shakes and because it has all the nutrients there is no brain fog or headaches apart from a mild headache in the first week of starting the plan for a day or two. After the first week I had lots of energy, no headaches, no brain fog and other ailments have cleared up as the weeks and months passed. What keeps me motivated is you are losing weight almost every day and the freedom of movement and energy has increased as the weight had dropped off. I send my weight in ever week to Gareth who also encourages me to keep going.

I started using waistaway after being recommended by a friend. I was unsure if I could manage it at first but in reality it was much easier than I thought it would be. I needed to lose weight for a health issue and now that I’ve achieved it, I’m absolutely determined to keep it off! Lovely clothes look fantastic to wear again and all the big clothes that I’ve had to wear for years have all gone to charity now. Great to climb stairs without the effort of doing so, given all the weight I was previously carrying! Finally, my confidence which was nil before, is now back again. I couldn’t be more pleased, so a big thank you to all the team at Waistaway for getting me back on track with my life again X

Great service and it really works

I set myself a goal back in February and with Gareth's help and support managed to achieve it in time for my late summer holiday.

Had to come off the shakes after 10 days as I was so weak, struggled walking anywhere, felt jetlagged, constant brain fog as soon as I got some vegetable soup in me I felt loads better.
The company was very good though and kept in touch
