Gem in the Rough
Finally found a website that not only specialize in improving resumes but provide matching scores with job descriptions that helps me understand why my applications aren't being selected. After giving this site a try, my resume matched only 23% of a job I was applying for and this site helped me improve my score to at least 60%. This is a gem of a find!
