I purchased 2 website themes and neither are working! The Css stye seems to be the issues. No response and I have requested a refund! Poor quality of product and no response to request for assistance.

I purchased the Podcast theme from "VW Themes" about three months ago and I've had nothing but headaches and issues. SO many features are broken and simply don't work, and the "support" by the company who sold it is abysmal. The last straw for me was when they said they can't get the audio player to not play demo content the theme comes with - so I can't even play my own podcast audio. These developer are an absolute joke and should have this theme removed from any WP marketplace so other WP users don't fall for it and have to go through the waste of time and money I did. If you're a WP user considering one of these themes, I strongly suggest you DO NOT PURCHASE, and just move on to a more reputable theme developer.

Beautiful theme and easy to use. Support is absolutely excellent. Very helpful and alsways friendly. In fact I have never received such good service. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the specific theme I use is a bit slow to load the customise section which I am sure will be fixed soon.
