Been with VWatch for a few years now always received good service. This evening I had to contact them for channel support & the advice & the support I got was excellent. Would highly recommend.

First trial week everything works fine
First trial week everything works fine, and the customer service answar you very fast. But after you pay for 1 years subscription, every channel lag and just loading. When I talked to the customer service in chat, they told me all the time that the issue is not on them. They are a scammers!!! They give you the best services in the begging after a week nothing works, and they become rude. I have screenshot of the chat between us. People don’t be stupid and subscribe to vwatch. It’s the worst service ever.
Don’t let them scam you with a good behavior. I ask them about refund and they told me that they can’t give me my money back. They are a hustler. Why should I pay for a 1 year subscription, when I can’t see any channel. Every channel will lag/loading within 1 month after you pay for subscribe. Don’t do the same mistake as me. I’m so tired of scammers. If someone need advice contact me, I can even give you proof. I hate to help scammer with my money like Vwatch.

We would like to clarify several points, as this review contains statements that are not accurate.
First, despite our refund policy clearly stating that annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, we made an exception in your case and issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. This was done even though our service was functioning normally on our end.
During your subscription, our support team responded promptly and explained that the issues you experienced were most likely related to external factors such as internet stability, multi-device settings, ISP restrictions, or VPN usage—factors outside of our control. Our servers were operational, and no widespread service issues were reported at that time.
We strongly deny claims that we intentionally provide good service during trials and then degrade it afterward. This is technically incorrect and contradicted by the experience of many long-term customers who continue to use our service without issues.
Accusations of scamming are particularly concerning given that a refund was provided, and we made genuine efforts to assist and explain the situation respectfully.
If you believe there is any remaining misunderstanding, we invite you to contact us again with your order details so we can review everything transparently.
We remain committed to honest service, clear communication, and fair treatment of our customers.
