I ordered size 10. They were too big. I followed instructions and returned them. The new 9.5 replacements are on the way. The VTKix communications and follow ups have been top rate! Great client service!

These are I have to say the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I have a bad hip and anything I wore just seem to make it worse until I got these amazing the difference not to mention their stylish looking and the prices great

I do not write reviews, but I ordered Vitkix off of Facebook and since have ordered a second pair for myself and one for my brother. They easily slip on and look great.

I had the same thing happen as some other VTKix shoe purchasers. The clamp holding the laces together breaks easily and when you contact the company for support they deny it's their responsibility and instead direct you towards the 2nd set of (poor quality) laces that came in the box. Please don't waste your money on purchasing their shoes. Poor fit and quality.

Your shoes arrived as scheduled and they are as pictured on-line. I also want to say these are the most comfortable dance shoes. I am a beginner with Irish Dance and moving from hard shoes to these dance shoes is quite comfortable.

Although my choice size choice did not fit my husband (too small), the customer service was great in assisting me to receive a better size for American size 12.5. These shoes are poorly made-especially this model. The lace design does not withstand a simple pull for tightening. The metal piece that secures the two ends of the lace is weak there, for the lace detaches from one end to the other.

Mine broke when I first tried it. I contacted VTKix support, but they denied helping me and did not take responsibility. My several attempts to remedy the situation were not answered! Please do not buy their product!
