I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding a recent experience with this company, particularly the exceptional service provided by Danny.
We encountered an issue with a lost dental stock order, which understandably could have caused significant disruption. However, Danny handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care from start to finish. He responded promptly, kept us fully informed throughout the process, and took clear ownership of resolving the issue quickly.
What stood out most was his calm and proactive approach. Rather than simply addressing the problem, he ensured that we felt supported and reassured at every step. Thanks to his efforts, what could have been a stressful situation was resolved smoothly and with minimal inconvenience.

I had a great experience with Vsdent and wanted to highlight their excellent customer service. From the very beginning, the process of ordering a trial machine was smooth and well-managed, and the transition to the new APA Airflow machine was handled efficiently.

Excellent service and support
I recently had the pleasure of meeting the VSDent team at the BDIA Dental Showcase and placing an order for an ultrasonic scaler. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional from start to finish.
