My friend and I went to Vrai to look at a bracelet for her daughter and rings for ourselves. Sarah showed us lots of options and was knowledgeable and really helpful. I loved that there was no pressure to buy and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We came back and I ended up purchasing two lovely rings with Sarah. The staff is wonderfully professional and know their product well, helping us make choices that work for us.

I had an amazing experience with VRAI. If you have the opportunity to work with Sarah Marks, I would 1000% recommend her, she was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I went through a custom design, and I'm so happy with the results. Their design team and Sarah put up with all of my suggestions, tweaks, and changes, we did various rounds of iteration until we arrived at exactly what I had been looking for. Everything was really easy and thorough. The diamond and ring look incredible, even better than what I had expected from pictures, video calls, and renders. Can't recommend this enough.

Buying an engagement ring at VRAI Chicago was an all-in-all excellent experience. They offer a wide variety of stone cuts and settings, as well as ring designs and materials. After taking advantage of several consultations (in person, as well as via email and video conferencing), we are very happy with the made-to-order ring.

It seems like based on the reviews here, it heavily depends on the VRAI rep you work with. Christopher Mossman has gone overboard in helping get an engagement ring for my fiancé. He helped so much that I thought he took commission, but he doesn't. He has a lot of passion, and I commend him for that. The diamond I bought was the best quality I've seen compared to many other jewelers that I've shopped around with.

Still waiting for my free ring sizer from them after 4 weeks. WS about to buy one of their engagement rings but they can am it now.

My boyfriend and I started looking at engagement rings together and started with VRAI (their Chicago Gold Coast location). It was such an excellent first appointment - Andrea was so warm and welcoming yet very informative. She was patient as I was indecisive and gave me a huge selection of rings to try on and look at. We also learned a lot about what to even look for when thinking about diamonds and settings. It was a really good experience and we're so glad we started with them! For my birthday my boyfriend bought me this beautiful “Orion” bracelet. I recently saw they had matching earrings, and fell in love! I saw they were out of stock so I contacted the store to see if they happened to have them or a back order date. Andrea went above and beyond! She found pieced together a pair out of all the retail locations! Shortly after they arrived quickly to my door. She was there every step of the way and made sure to update me. I can’t wait to purchase the Orion ring and build my engagement ring here! I will continue working with her in the future!
