Absolutely no customer care. Spent 1500 quid on a smart toilet and the lid stopped working after a week. They ignore my emails to customer support and they do not reply on their online chat.

I ordered this through Costco and there is no way a company like Costco should offer these inferior and defective products that are totally unsupported. AVOID VOVO! If you want a quality product so with a major European brand. The money you will save on this Korean toilet is not worth the aggravation

I recently bought a VOVO bidet, and while the product is great, the customer service is what really blew me away. I had some technical issues, which was frustrating, but the team handled it perfectly.
Instead of just sending automated emails, they sent replacement parts immediately. The best part was April, who actually jumped on a video call with a technician to walk me through the repair step-by-step. It’s rare to find a company that stays this committed to you after they already have your money.

I highly recommend this toilet seat. Besides UV LED disinfection and deodorization, most importantly, it provides warmth in winter. Installation is easy, but a qualified power supply is required.

My experience encompasses a direct purchase from Vovo. This was necessary after Amazon Canada botched my purchase during a limited special sale period.

During the process, I dealt with April, who was headquartered in South Korea. I'm not aware of her position within the company. My guess is that she’s one of the department managers.

Though I have not yet physically installed this top Vovo luxury item, my customer experience was truly exceptional.

April went beyond all expectations in finding a couple of remaining Canadian-located items that were warehoused, and had one safely shipped to me from across the country in no time at all. She also matched the offer Amazon had cancelled on me in error.

When purchasing a bigger ticket item, especially, it’s a great relief to deal with an efficient, empathetic and intelligent company representative, such as was my privilege.

I will soon install this gift for my wife and review the item, though I expect it to be on par with the high-end customer service I so gratefully received.

I highly recommend Vovo and will purchase their bathroom fixtures and other products in the future without a second thought.

I have had my Vovo TCB 090SA about two years now and have started having problems with the flushes. About 60% of the time the bowl fails to completely empty. It takes two or three flushes to get it to completely empty, on both the short and full flush. The flushes never actually complete the flush. I contacted a plumber and told him what I had and that I had all the supplied directions. He came out and saw the problem and that it required opening the top to service it. However, it requires opening clips which could break. So both he and I tried calling the warehouse/distributor in L.A. to no avail. The plumber also did the email with no reply (as mentioned by others about the company).
So I conclude when it is working it is a great thing. I use it only manually on everything but the flush as I did not feel the need for all the wear and tear, The manual controls work just fine and are mounted right next to the bidet on the wall. It was a rather costly project With the installation of electricity near the bidet, the bidet, and the installation of the bidet it was right at $3000. I am feeling a little sorry about my decision. The idea is great and maybe in Korea all is good, but here it is impossible to get service or find a plumber that knows how to service it. Even if you still have the directions and manual.

cannot use full email address on this site . vovoeu.com. couldn't be more helpful, diagnosed my problem sorted out spares, and now working fine, I have two VB4100SR units and they are excellent and have been for 4 years, I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from perhaps like me and tried to contact Vovo Korea in the first instance and didn't notice the email had bounced, after contacting the EU customer service it was exemplary returned diagnosis within 24 hrs supplied replacement parts and fitting instructions from Korea within days , many thanks

I purchased a bidet seat from them almost a month ago and having had it fitted, it seems to be faulty. I have contacted their customer support twice now via their online support portal and I haven't even had a reply. I was going to buy three of these but I am glad I decided to try just one first as their Customer service doesn't seem to exist so my advice would not be to buy products from them. There's no point buying anything from a company that doesn't respond to it's customers. I'm very disappointed as I'd heard they were good to deal with. They have no UK or Europe phone number so the only way to try and contact them is via their support portal but they obviously just ignore it.

It is cheaper to buy from their own website then on their store on Amazon.

I bought one smart toiley seat VB-4100SR from their own website. It arrived on my door step third day after ordering. Super fast delivery and the seat is good quality and very happy to leave a review for website.

Didn't even buy anything from them, I put in and email address and post code to see the shipping fees and since it was so much I decided not to buy it.

They have since then started spamming me with emails.
