Don’t buy from this company. The jewelry looks nice at first but start to fade after 1-2 months . For the price this is not worth it.

I have ordered multiple items from this company. The quality of their products has always been excellent. On my most recent order I was offered a free gift of clip on earrings that would not be useful to me. I contacted customer service. They were very quick and kind in offering a different free gift that I could use. I would highly recommend Voogmechic for their products and for their exceptional customer support.

Placed order for moissanite and gold band and it took quite a while to arrive and the stones were totally dull with no sparkle at all. I e emailed twice about returning item and have gotten no response. So far, my impression of this company is bad!!!!

Firstly, I am very impressed with the quality of their jewellery. I am so, so happy with my purchases, and I have bought from them many times!
Their customer service is brilliant too. One of the rings I purchased was too big (by half a size). They had sent me an incorrect size. Upon contacting them, I asked if I could send my ring back and have the size I ordered sent to me. They were so lovely and are sending me a replacement ring, free of charge. I asked about returning the bigger ring, and they are happy for me to keep it. I didn't expect this at all and was happy to send it back to them. This really is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Excellent quality, excellent service and superlative assistance

I bought a necklace from this site and I did a review as per their request but they didn’t post it.

The necklace is pretty but it’s not worth$100. The chain is very fine and it could break easily and it tangles easily. It’s a lot smaller than shown on their website. The necklace arrived just within the timeframe stated and the delay was leaving China. Delivery in Australia was fast.

I purchased the two carat bezel set and it is a very stunning piece of jewelry, I don't think anybody would be disappointed in the quality of the stone but from the video of the purchased ring and the actual ring there not the same. The received ring is higher and really does not look Bezel set. I have no reservations in recommending the purchase as the stone itself is magnificent just a little disappointed it's really not Bezel set.

Today, I received the most beautiful earrings and pendant. This was purchased early April, for me as a birthday gift. Long story short, Australia Post lost the delivery after it was handed to them by FedEx. VOOGMECHIC were excellent in their offers of other items as the original purchase was out of stock, however, my heart was set on the original style. A manufacturing order was fast tracked and the company have been outstanding in their communication. I am absolutely in love with the earrings and pendant. The quality is beyond expectations.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Voogmechic.

My husband gave me a beautiful pair of gold earrings from this company as a gift. The earrings came with a lifetime warranty, which gave us confidence in their quality.

However, after only 7 months of normal wear, the hinge on one earring broke. Gold earrings should not fail after such a short time, especially when they have been carefully used.

I contacted customer service expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I was told that I had to pay $30 to ship the earrings to them for repair. I explained that this appeared to be a manufacturing defect and requested either a free repair or a refund. The company refused.

In the end, I had the earrings repaired locally at my own expense because I did not want to risk losing them while waiting.

A lifetime warranty has little value if the customer has to pay when a product fails due to what appears to be poor craftsmanship. The earrings are beautiful, but the quality and customer service did not meet my expectations.

I would not purchase jewelry from this company again.
I hope the company will reconsider its warranty policy and take responsibility when products fail due to manufacturing defects.

I wrote a review a while ago that I was not as happy with the stone in my ring as I had been with previous rings. Immediately the support team contacted me and offered to replace the ring to my satisfaction. I returned the ring and I quickly received a beautiful new ring that I absolutely love! I appreciated their offer and how prompt the new ring arrived. The communication was excellent and this company proved to me again that they really want their customers to be happy with their purchase. I highly recommend.
