Opened account …. Deposited loads won a few times and withdrew without problem so thought it was all good.
Deposited over a few days a days and won and withdrew a few amounts adding up to £1300 and then suddenly they failed to process my withdrawals due to me having to verify my ID

ID sent including passport… utility bill… bank statement…. Debit card photos and then recieved an email stating that my account has been closed and my winnings confiscated due to me not being a real person !!! Terms and conditions had been breached and no refund of hundreds of pounds of deposits
Reported to ECOGRA and awaiting response to complaint being reviewed

After depositing copious amounts and not withdrawing (stupid I know) I finally decided to withdraw small amounts, about £100 , which was quick, through trustly, then later I tried to withdraw £1000, no money appeared, although I thought trustly was more or less instant, contacted online help to be told it was being processed and could take anything up to 72 hours. After this I was asked to verify my account, I sent required documentation and contacted online help again, to be told, yet again that it could take up to 72 hours. It seems that gambling sites take your money, without verification but are reluctant to pay out. Starting to think that I will not get my money.

Yes the withdrawal process can be a pain as in today's world it should be instant but hopefully they make progress on this.

This is a scam, the easy verification and quick withdrawals is b******s. My first withdrawal and I sent loads of documents, they email again saying need something else. Now saying I need statement with deposit on, full pdf not screenshot. You dont get a statement until the next month and its paypal not my bank, which they can see! I have sent so much proof and they are witholding my money. Its been a week and they have not helped at all. They didnt ask for verification to take my money or to play, just when I want winnings returned to the same account! Stay away! They do kot pay out!! I like lottoland and ladbrokes, trusted sites.

Obsolute scam site basically stole stole £260 off me . Had a win and Talk some money out £300 and then £60 but because I did 10 free spins and got £1.40p I didn't deposit since that morning.
