DO NOT go near this sham of a company absolutely disgusting… only won a poxy £95 and because I deposited using my pay as you go mobile sent them a vat receipt that EE kindly sent me but still weren’t satisfied… I had also deposited with my bank account but even this wasn’t enough…. Disgusting customer service department that can’t even write English properly….. absolute disgrace of a company… if you going to gamble stick with a reputable name Foxy bingo, Mecca bingo are absolutely fantastic and very quick to pay out your winnings. Hence to say I have closed my account and told them to shove the £95 well I think you know where😂😂😂

If I could leave no star I would I put £26 in yesterday won wagered my £1500 and still had £500 left to withdraw. My verification said verified when I signed up I put .co.uk instead of .com I’ve since spoke to help numerous times to ask for this to be updated I got a email address to email all my details and my id to get this updated that was 2 days ago and about 10 emails!!! Shock no reply … I withdrew £500 they said it would be processed within 24hours as I don’t need to provide any documents another shock!!! 23hours later I go on live chat I’m sorry a email has been sent asking for documents absolutely no problem but my account says verified so I can upload them there and I can’t send them through email because it still hasn’t been changed as my emails have been ignored.. ok then so how do I send my documents all I get back is IVE ESCALATED THIS FOR YOU PLEASE ALLOW THE TEAM TIME TO SEE THIS!!!! I registered for the site and started to play my account was fully verified as soon as I made a withdrawal it has asked for my id which I have sent 2 days ago. After numerous emails I recieved only two asking for more verification. I have sent that and still not had any response from them after sending more and not response and not even approved my withdrawal

I made two deposits to date and both times I won big. I was skeptical about getting my winnings due to the negative reviews on here, but my experience has been extremely positive. The live chat service is helpful and the customer agents are friendly, too.

I am having an issue with voodoo dreams online casino. I came into some winnings and upon trying to withdraw these winnings onto my debit card that I've used multiple times to deposit onto the site they said they couldn't do the withdrawal. They refunded back into my casino account, like they just wanted me to gamble it all back to them. They said I needed to try and withdraw thru a bank transfer but I needed to provide proof of address, proof of photo ID and proof of bank account which I provided. Once I provided these and took a screen shot proving they received them I received a email saying now they have locked my voodoo acc and if I don't provide proof of identity within 7days they will shut down my voodoo acc and put my winnings on hold.
I am not getting a response from them now everything I have looked up says there is no reason why they couldn't transfer back to my card or do the bank transfer, let alone why on earth they are simply making it harder to claim my legally won money.

Don't know why customer service support doesn't respond to my emails. Awaiting a withdrawal now been since the 28th of April. No one will respond please just pay the withdrawn. On another note very much enjoyed the site if paid today I shall make a higher rating! I so feel as they are rated in the top 10 foe faster withdrawals I've thus far been let down. I can guarantee however they will not be in the top 20 for fastest withdrawal time frame. The site is great however. Has no online chat facility which is a major let down and so far not found any other form of contact other than email which as I stated at the beginning of my review the lack of response isn't a positive.
Update..... Now they've gone back yo asking g for verification again after receiving documents sent 16 times. I've been told the monet was readied to my balance do that I xan request a withdrawal via Trustly when that's my only request made on the 27th and also NO monies have been put back into my voodoodreams account, which doesn't allow me to make ANOTHER withdrawal request as my account still states pending its absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I've emails stating yo send verification docs to the email address provided because the site wasn't uploading they were sent and clearly were approved now clutching at straws "A CIRCUS ACT" im being told I xan only upload vie the site where the company is fully aware because of my driving license address is different to my current it will not be accepted by the site. They have had the following documents:

Driving licence f&b

Government document letter

ALL AT LEAST TWICE

TWICE I've been told my money is back on my voodoodreams account so that I can AGAIN request the Trustly withdrawal its a circus act indeed now and now my review rating shall decrease to the lowest possible score.

Lack of contact for a customer to the casino is not in my opinion up to the standards we are used to in the UK. This is why many people are questioning the site and legitimacy. I now have lost all patients and I move forward to resolve where I shall proceed thata way forward. So in a nutshell "the site is great!" Everything else sucks!

so I finally received my winnings albeit took almost 2 weeks. I did receive an apology and now I can say I'm happy. So ive changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I do receive every other day free spins also. However im yet to have any further wins. So for now folks im leaving my rating at 3 stars.

Voodoo wins Would not of given any stars if I was able to, shocking customer service. Won my money fairly, verification is impossible as I don’t hold a valid passsport & have no need for one. Poor customers service no chat function even though there site says it has one.
