Voltex are great to deal with!
Voltex would be one of the easiest suppliers to deal with every time I use their website or talk with them on the phone they sort everything out as quickly as possible. I do appreciate that they only sell to electricians and not the general public I wish this was industry standard with the undervalue of trades people in recent times.

Product has a much higher failure rate…
Product has a much higher failure rate than is acceptable (VBHE-2L light fitting, 50%+ over last three years . Voltex have admitted there was a batch with issues). The VBHE light fitting is the only Voltex product I've purchased from Voltex.
Up until now Voltex have mostly supplied replacement parts to repair, a couple I've replaced the entire fitting at my expense. Now the product is out of their warranty period it's 100% my responsibility. An alternative brand fitting will be used to replace.
FINAL UPDATE: Karl from Customer service has reached out and really put an effort into make it right, not stoked with the product still but at least they're trying to make it right, bumped my review up one star
