Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery. Very solid, well engineered. Would have preferred to have anchors suitable for tarmac included in addition to the concrete ones supplied.

Good customer service experience
Shortly after I had made my ev charge point purchase, they rang me to say there would be a slight delay due to the Christmas holiday period. The one I had chosen came direct from the manufacturer who were on holiday for the period. They gave an estimated delivery date and it came 1 day earlier than this 👍🏻
