I have been dealing with this company for the first time, and they have been amazing, at responding to all my emails and messages, excellent service, keep it up guys

Excellent pre-purchase phone call assistance, sensible delivery costs and general great service. Would use again when needed

Bought 2 victron buss bars, needed them quick and they came quick, excellent service, will definitely use again if have what I need

We bought a Conversol A10 inverter and solar panels from Voltacon and the inverter went down after 6 months. Fault code 52 D.C. board fault outside warranty. Fair enough sent wiring diagram and asked for their input. Reply was no surge or lightning protection in place ( not shown in my drawing but is in place). You need a new DC board at £250 + £45 fitting, ok asked them to send me the board to fit. No further replies after 5 emails to them, the synic in me says they don’t want to send a board for me to fit as I will find out the problem is elsewhere covered by warranty or is a minor diode or resistor fault that’s a £10 fix. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE As an add on I have fitted and commissioned alternative power sources around the globe in secure environments Upto 500 kva so I do know my job!

As a shop, they are fine, reasonably prices and reasonable delivery. If you want a good, branded battery, or inverter, or panel, then fine.

I got a pack of Pylontech batteries from them which are working fine.

However don't be misled by, in particular, their rebadged Inverters. The Conversol range in particular. We were recommended this and have regretted it as over three months later it's is not functioning as it should and they claim it will, but fail to provide the guidance.

It was bought for our house to store energy and prioritise release from batteries over grid, whilst maintaining a constant power delivery.

Sadly, with over two months trying, this is not the case. For all the promises from Voltacon, the level of support is has not made it capable to work in the ways we need it to. Mainly because the technical support is in China, and the chaps in the UK don't really have the skills.

So far, even with certified installers fitting the kit, and working on set up, I can say that:
- It does not prioritise battery over grid so we are not saving in the daytime
- It does not give visibility on current energy usage in a meaningful and measurable way
- It can only be configured by an app with a very low rating on the App Stores (iSolar)
- It does not charge the batteries easily overnight as it does not have UTC and does not account for daylight saving

So we are stuck with a brick on the wall. What we can see is that this product is basically a rebadged and imported inverter, but it is not adequately supported.

Choose a branded product with a proper app that both the client and installing electrician can use properly or you will be wasting your money.

Edit after Voltacon reply:
The two installers are fully compliant, in fact on Monday (24th March) it was inspected and signed off successfully.

The whole system is fine, other than the Inverter. It doesn't do what it was supposed to do which is what I covered earlier.

My only mistake was buying a rebadged import without knowing what I was getting myself in for - it was recommended by Voltacon for the purposes listed. It has failed to deliver.

The rest of the kit is fine - we just need to replace the Inverter and finally get rid of the iSolar app too.

Voltacon sell a lot of products, it is this specific Inverter that is the thing to avoid. They need to return or liquidate the stock as it is useless.

They stated that DPD would be delivering but royal mail emailed me that they will deliver in a few days. I don't like a company that says one thing and does another.

Best price on the Internet. Goods delivered on time. Shame it didn't work for more than a month. No warranty.

Great customer service. Andrei was extremely helpful in diagnosing and the issue with my charge controller and promptly resolved the issue!

This firm offered a good price for an item which they said was in stock. I asked for next day collection from their premises. An information gap then ensued where I couldn't collect the goods without an email saying they were ready. Their help system is hit or miss, sometimes calls are answered sometimes not. Email is preferred. It took 4 days to get the pre-paid goods ready for collection. When planning jobs saving a few pounds on the cost of goods may not be worth the hassle.

Apart from some issues with delivery this time, I have no complaints to date and have used the company several times.

I decided to order 2 Pylontech US5000 batteries to add to my existing 4 which store cheap night rate electricity. I called late on Friday 10th Jan 2025. I dealt with Andrei from the Voltaconsolar.com sales team. He confirmed that they were in stock a would be palleted on Monday (80Kg) for collection by courier and confirmed that they would arrive on Friday 17th. Paid by debit card and they arrived 9 am on the day. Excellent communications and I'm very pleased to recommend them. Thanks also to Andrei.

I wasn’t able to locate the item ( replacement card for a Pylontech battery) in Mexico and you had it and shipped it to me in Mexico faster than the Pylontech distributors in Mexico could!
