Like many others, i have found that their "Lifetime warranty" doesn't last very long.
Their cables work fine but the tips breaks easily.
The only thing they offered was a discount to buy some new cables and tips. HMM

You know that many people have had bad experiences with your tips breaking easily, why don't you keep them in stock then, is it because you think there's not that much money in doing that, i think the only thing you get out of doing what you're doing now is losing customers.
And you should write - Limited Lifetime Warranty - so it matches reality.

Awful customer service and faulty MAX cables. I was happy to kick in via Kickstarter knowing the product might be imperfect or delayed. It was both. But the customer service has been awful. The charger was not delivered according to instructions and was left in the rain. The USB end of the cable broke off before I could even start. They replied to my first email (my tone: polite but disappointed, def not rude) and then just stopped replying when it got too hard.

I bought some Volta Max cables and a Volta Go, and the products work as expected. I experienced some issues with the delivery of my orders, but the support was helpful, and I got everything I ordered.

I've been a Volta customer for several years, I've used many of their products including the Volta 2.0 and Spark cables. Their products are very high quality, have tons of features and stand above the competition.

I recently participated in Volta's kickstarter programs to get their newest products including the VoltaMax cables and battery pack. Adedayo, the owner of the company, was very transparent of the entire process, including various setbacks with production and getting the products to market, and he frequently consulted with customers like me to get our opinions and feedback for the upcoming products. Things with their recent kickstarter campaign took a lot longer than anyone anticipated, but ultimately everything ordered did come and has exceeded my expectations.

The Volta products are a bit on the expensive side, but you do get what you pay for and you won't regret it.

While the Volta Max offers decent performance, the overall user experience is held back by its excessive bulk and weight. It’s not easy to carry around or fit neatly into a bag, which limits its portability. A slimmer, lighter design would make it much more practical for everyday use especially during travelling.

Additionally, the magnetic clip cable feels fragile and doesn’t hold up well with frequent use.

all volta products are very good, we have reviewed them in terms of quality and design is also good. the price is also still affordable. Good job Volta team,we are waiting for the Volta team's breakthrough with its new products

I've been using Volta products for a few years now, and recently upgraded from the Volta 2.0 to the Volta Max cables with their Kickstarter campaign, as well as backing the campaign for the VoltaGoMax powerbank. I'm very much happy with both the cables and the powerbank, though I've yet to test the powerbank "in the wild". I appreciate the quality of both products and enjoy the usuful added features for the cable, like the cover for the magnetic end and the velcro strap for easy organizing ad transport. I also like the packaging, which is simple, yet modern.
Being a Kickstarter backer, I very much appreciate the very open and direct communication about virtually every step from beginning of production, to quality testing, and finally, shipment. Delays are to be expected in my opinion, and I didn't mind having to wait a little longer if it means getting a higher quality, or sometimes outright improved product. Therefor, I fully recommend Volta to anyone looking for all in one cable solutions.

I have been using the product for last few days, It help me with charging my MacBook and phone.

It is my first time testing a product from Volta and what attracted me was their VoltagoMax during the kickstarter campaign. I love the large power bank capacity for travelling and the magnetic cable attachment. It supports ultra fast charging for S24 Ultra with wireless charging that can support up to 5 devices. I had issue with the arrival of the product to the designated shipping location and was furious about it, but after informing customer service. The issue was immediately fixed the day after to my surprise. I can tell Volta cares about their customer and I will be a returned customer that will recommend to others.

Awesome products, and if you have any issues top notch and super quick response customer service, will be seeking out more innovative tech from Volta in future

the product is of good quality the best cable i ever used.

I'm a fan of Volta power banks so when they launched a kickstarter for a MAX charger of 27000mAh with wireless, 3 usb-c and one usb-a, it can charge several devices at the same time including laptops. The quality of the build is exceptional.

For a charger this massive, it's not one you can put in your pocket, but for someone like me who travels and needs to keep devices charged for my job, that little inconvenience is not an issue. Very often plane power doesn't work or isn't strong enough to power my laptop. Now I won't have a problem anymore.

Actual charger is great. Unfortunately the magnetic clips for the cables are no good. If whatever you are charging is just sitting there maybe the cord will stay in, but the slightest movement will knock it out. Bad design imo

Quality. Volta 2.0 USBA cables were obviously designed from the beginning to last. No exceptions. Funny how they outlast cables from tier1 companies that manufacture the actual devices. But technology moves on, and phones are able to charge themselves in under an hour with supercharging. Enter Volta Spark. "Smart" cables that both supercharge when it knows the device accepts it and also slow charges older devices using micro usb without burning out or shorting out a device. Too bad my cables and tips decided to run away with the friends phones when they found out about supercharging. Ok Volta, I'm hooked. Volta Max it is, don't you dare skimp on quality just because they are complaining about the price. Its the internet, that's what a comment section is for, complaining. Keep it up. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's funny how your competitors can't catch up, even now...why? Quality.

Volta has now quick customerservice and you can always reach the owner. I just got my Volta Max powerbank and it works perfectly. Still waiting for the cables since they have to come from another hub but had a good experience and quick response from Adedayo, the owner himself explaing what was happening with the hubs and stuff. Would order again
