I ordered a watch and they never sent it. They provided some fake tracking number that didn’t update for weeks so I canceled the order and disputed the charge with my bank. Pay more and actually get your product. Shady as hell business.
The watch arrived and it is 100% a superfake clone from China. Everything about packaging, to bezel/timer misalignments on the watch, to the warranty card(shows 520S1 as a code, common in fake chinese clone watches) make it blatantly obvious it is fake. Not only was I not given the watch i ordered, it took them 3 weeks to deliver a FAKE after a 2-4 day shipping estimate. Customer service is slow and the number given is unresponsive(Whatsapp and not an actual number). Watches came from China confirmed by carrier Slow Sheep. Do NOT purchase from here.

We take allegations concerning product authenticity seriously. Please confirm whether the watch has been examined by the manufacturer or an authorized service center, and whether a written report confirming it is counterfeit has been issued. We welcome the opportunity to review any such report and its findings.
For transparency, photographs of the watch and updates regarding your order were provided throughout our correspondence. The payment dispute you initiated was resolved in our favor. When you subsequently requested a refund citing delayed delivery, we processed a full refund that same day in response to your concerns, without waiting to receive the watch back. As of this response, the watch has not yet been returned to us.
We regret the delivery delay and the frustration it caused. Our response to your concerns included an immediate, full refund before completion of the return. We ask that this resolution be accurately reflected and that the allegation of counterfeiting be supported by a documented professional assessment.
Our team remains available at support@volices.com to review any findings and assist with completing the return.
VOLICES Customer Support
Never received the watch I ordered. Contacted them and they gave an excuse that they were "changing their transportation partner". Was not given a new tracking number and was told to "expect it sometime next week". I would stay away from purchasing anything from this site.
*Update: Volices came through and delivered the watch I purchased and provided great customer service interaction.

Hi Nia,
We’re sorry for the concern caused by the shipping delay and the lack of updated tracking information. Your order remains active and is being handled through our new shipping partner. This carrier transition caused a delay in issuing the replacement tracking number.
Our team is monitoring your order and will provide the updated tracking details as soon as they become available. We have also requested your order information so we can verify the latest status and assist you directly.
We understand your frustration and remain committed to resolving this and completing your delivery.
